What is twolier.com Website?

Twolier located at twolier.com is an online store that claims to sell prom dresses for plus size women. Suspiciously, it is offering other unrelated items like kayaks, boats, motorcycle gears, tool box, etc. which are been sold for super cheap prices.

  • Not linked to a working social media page

Other Reasons why you shouldn’t shop from twolier.com

Customer Complaints

People who shopped from Twolier have left reviews online stating that it is a fraudulent online store that sends fake UPS tracking info. The items were never delivered as the tracking info was wrong.

See what a customer has to say –

. I never got a confirmation email from them- just from paypal, which charged my credit card. I disputed the charge with the cc company and they cancelled the payment, and I figured that it was over. But a few days later I got an email from paypal saying item shipped, and provided UPS tracking information! I wasn’t expecting that at all! UPS reported that the item was out for delivery and scheduled to arrive the same day. Later the item was reported delivered at a certain time. Actually a different item from a different sender was delivered at that time, which still puzzles me how these guys can hack into UPS!

Suspicious Activities

From the review above you’d see that fraudulent online stores like Twolier have found a clever way to trick PayPal security system. How do they do this? By providing wrong tracking information to PayPal.

No package arrives. So after a few days, you log onto the site and see that your package has been delivered. OK, you ask, where? It’s not been delivered to your house.

You call the shipping company, and they confirm that the package was delivered … but to the wrong address. Because the scammer technically shipped the package and the tracking number marked it as delivered, PayPal will reject your claims. See more about this PayPal Loophole Scam here

Return Policy

This store’s refund and exchange policy is just a sham. You’ll never receive your package so there’s nothing to return. Except of course your tears?

Is twolier.com Legit?

From the crucial points noted above, twolier.com has a lot of red-flags. It is a suspicious website that shouldn’t be trusted.

Like most fraudulent e-commerce sites, this store uses super cheap discounts to attract customers. But when orders are placed, customers would receive a fake tracking info.

Unfortunate customers have no way of claiming their money back from PayPal.

Conclusion:

From all indications, twolier.com is not an authentic online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.

Just like Peetlos, Mondreamy, BellaTrends, Hsbrace, Usgoodssale, and other reported suspicious websites, customers wouldn’t receive the item they ordered but a cheap item or nothing at all.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?

Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.

  1. I thought one of the reasons for using PayPal was for protection from fraudulent websites and porch pirates. I had a vendor do a bait and switch on me. Not only did it arrive about 2 weeks after the supposed delivery date, but it also wasn’t what I ordered. Yes PayPal initially rejected my claim but after showing them copies of my order and what I received, I was given a refund. The vendor has since been kicked off of PayPal’s approved merchants. The reason I’m leery of twolier.com is because I can’t believe that anyone can sell an item that everyone else is selling for $300 for just $99.

  2. all information on website about company is bogus!
    1. on PayPal the company name is not Twolier but BOXIUCO, and the email is as per PP Payment sent to [email protected]…..Dubai?
    2. and the item, a storage shed, is called MESUGE uqj91w5udjo in description!!!…Mesuge means message as i searched for explanations, and Udjo is the cobra goddess of ancient Egypt, a cobra twined around a papyrus stem, tutelary goddess of Lower Egypt. so, i can even claim misrepresentation of article and have no issue getting refunded…let PP get tired of this fraud!
    3. my email to twolier.com as per website was refused:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
    [email protected] ([email protected])
Your message wasn’t delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipient’s email system refused to accept a connection from your email system.
Paypal told me they would not do business with Twolier anymore, we shall see! DO NO BUY FROM TWOLIER!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!!

  3. Like those above I had a bad experience and would never buy anything from Twolier.com again. I also didn’t have much success when I contacted Paypal they initially settled in favor of the seller. I got an email from them this morning stating that. They settled because the “seller” provided UPS tracking information.

Since the purchase was charged to my credit card I was able to get a phone number from it for Paypal. It took a little bit of effort to get through to a person at PayPal, but once I did I explained that according to the tracking information 1)I was home the day it was “delivered”, 2) it was supposedly left at a side door – we don’t have one, 3) the package was said to weight 8.8# – this was a very large item.

The PayPal rep made sure she had my correct phone number and then said that she was going to check with UPS. Within 10 minutes she called back after speaking with UPS and said that she was processing a full refund. I have since received email confirmation that the refund has been processed.

    PayPal phone number 888-221-1161 hours 6AM – 6PM PST.

Persistence is the key. I hope this helps.
