Mondreamy has provided its company name as ‘Beimac Company Limited’ which unfortunately has bad reputation online. Reviews of this company shows that it is a suspicious one.
As can be seen in the Company’s reviews here, Beimac Company Limited indulges in bait and switch scam. In most cases, customers don’t receive their order.
Poor Customer Support:
Customer support for this website has a low score. Customers can only contact the store using the email address ‘[email protected]’. Which in fact isn’t available. Mails sent to the email address were not replied.
Security Measures:
There are no trusted seals vouching for its authenticity. The security badges from McAfee, PayPal, Verisign, BBB are fake. This makes the site an unsafe place to shop from.
This is because your credit card details might be at risk. You could be overcharged for an item, or receive subsequent debit alerts in the future.

The website was registered on the 29th of June 2021. This shows it hasn’t been operating for a long time. This itself is a warning sign! Newly registered websites can’t be vouched for as they’ve no history, or any reputation.
Shady Refund & Return Policy:
The Return policy is another cause for alarm. There’s a caveat in the page that says customers will be charged for shipping costs. This doesn’t look good at all.
Most times, the shipping costs might be a little below the price of the ordered item. As a result of this, customers are stuck with the item.
Too Good To Be True Discount:
The offers on this website look so tempting, especially the discount on all merchandize but that is one of the warning signs that shouldn’t be ignored. The biggest tip-off that a retail website is a scam is the very low price of items.

Mondreamy.com is not a reliable online store to shop from. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us. Customers who shop from this store would either receive a different cheap item or nothing.

Omg I ordered today the gray table and the 4 chairs they charge 38.98 from my vida debit card from Wenches..and the confirmation email said something about hair products? That’s scared me.
I ordered exactly the same thing and as you never received and credit card was charged. I made contact with a reply they would compensate with a $2 refund. Told them exactly what I thought of them. I wished I had looked them up first.

I purchased the grey rattan and chair set from their Facebook ad, on July 29, 2021.
I was given an order number & confirmation number, with accurate description of item ordered. As of today, August 12, 2021, there are no updates. Will be contacting PayPal.
Ordered table and chairs also. Recieved an unidentifiable item in the mail. Some kind of organizer. Said my table order was delivered!! SCAM!!! WILL CONTACT PAY PAL AS WELL!!
Same as me I ordered 2 raton table and chair got my order on sept 8th it was not what i ordered they sent 2 plastic storage containers smaller then my hand i have sent 3 emails and no responce i as well will be contacting paypal and my credit card company i hope these people go to jail for fraud schould of known it was to good to be true

They tried it on with me,offering first 4 then 9 dollar compensation.i would not let it go and have just received a full refund.my advice is claim back through PayPal or your bank and do not accept anything other than a full refund or these people are just going to continue to make money and not supplying the goods.i am smiling a bit as this has cost them the postage on a item I did not order

same thing happen to me on the chair and table set, order 7/24/21. got a order#, thank you for your order haven’t heard back since. scam. do not order.
I paid $44.98 (including shipping) for a rattan table and chairs. Yes! I probably should have realised it sounded too good to be true! I didn’t receive any confirmation that my order had been shipped. I only received a tracking number after I enquired via e-mail. I received a small flat parcel consisting of some sort of handbag or sock organiser / divider. Luckily I paid via PayPal. I lodged a dispute and was advised that Mondreamy offers a $22.00 refund (half the total amount I paid). The only way I could get a full refund was if I returned the item I received. Now knowing that I was dealing with scamsters, I decided to accept the 50 % refund. Because if I had returned the item, they would probably have said they never received it and I would have gotten no refund at all. Mondreamy, just because people should realise if it is too good to be true, it probably is, does not make you less of a scamster. You should be ashamed of yourself for taking money from people and not giving them what they expect (an expectation you created)! The day will come when you get what you deserve! What goes around comes around. Karma will get you!

I AM SO STUPID I ordered 2 sets of the table and chairs got a tracking # And said it was shipped back inAug. never got any thing. also tryed to contact them for a refund never heard from them I will notify my CC and hopefully will get som responceWHAT A SCAM
