Shipping & Delivery

Shoesready.com creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in Bolton England. However, this is not so. The Company address is a sham address that is used to gain buyers trust.

Seamoonbaby Ltd which is allegedly based in Stone Hill Road, Bolton, England, BL4 9TP. is not a genuine company. It operates from China, and has already been blacklisted for its dubious activities. This company is notorious for bait and switch scam.

Meanwhile, because the store is physically located in China, it takes weeks or months even for items to be shipped and delivered.

Return Policy

This store’s refund and exchange policy is not favorable to shoppers. Forget whatever is written on the site. If you ask for a refund, they offer you 10% refund of your money. And when you say no, they offer a final 45%. In the end you’re stuck with a product you can’t use or give out. It always end in the trash bin.

Product Quality

The shoes on Shoesready.com look standard and classy, however customers don’t receive the exact shoe on the site. Like most stores located in China, customers are sent replicas which in most cases are of inferior quality and color. Forgeries of luxury-brand products are more prevalent in China than in any other country in the world.

Why is this so?

The answer is disturbingly simple: they do it because they can get away with it.

Customer Complaints

Costumers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that the shoes received were of inferior quality. While few complained of not receiving their order even after months.

A customer has this to say about Shoesready-

Ha!! This company from China is a total rip off if you as for a refund!!!!! They give you the run around of, keep them & we’ll give you 10% refund & if you say no, they keep going up x%, then another x% til you finally get sick of fighting & accept the 45% just to be done with them!!! Total jerk company!!!!

Is Shoesready.com Legit?

From the crucial points noted above, shoesready.com has a couple of red-flags. The store is owned by a suspicious Chinese company, its return policy is unfavorable, and its customer reviews are negative.

This online store uses super cheap discounts to attract customers. But when orders are placed, customers receive an inferior quality compared to the images seen on the site. This is the modus operandi of untrustworthy e-commerce sites.

From the look of things, it is obvious that the legitimacy of Shoesready is questionable.

Conclusion:

From all indications, shoesready.com is not a reliable online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.

Just like Peetlos, Mondreamy, BellaTrends, Hsbrace, Usgoodssale, and other reported suspicious websites, customers wouldn’t receive the item they ordered but a cheap item or nothing at all.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?

Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.

  1. Shoesready is a scam a fraud. I though that they were legitimate because they used PayPal to make the payment. You can’t trust anyone or anything on the net, Chinese bastards.
