Bxirt Review: Legit Wreaths Store or Scam? Find Out!

Do you want to buy wreath from Bxirt? Read this review to find out why our scam detector gave bxirt.com a poor trust score.

According to FTC, online shopping and negative reviews is the second most reported fraud category in 2021. As a result of this, we have taken the responsibility of reviewing products, stores, websites etc. for our reader’s financial safety.

What is bxirt.com Website?

Bxirt located at bxirt.com is an online store that deals in variety of home decor like wreaths, solar waterfall, duck fountain, crystal wind chimes, Halloween decoration, etc. And these items are been offered for very cheap prices.

Unfortunately, Bxirt is another online shopping fraud. During our investigations we discovered the following drawbacks –

  • It is owned by a suspicious company called Beimac Company Limited.
  • The trusted Seals on the website are fake, and not from the authorized organizations.
  • The website was registered on June 2021, so it is working for just two months.
  • Not linked to a working social media page

At this point you should be thinking of aborting mission! But if you’re still keen on shopping from this store, continue reading!

Other Reasons why you shouldn’t shop from bxirt.com;

Shipping & Delivery

Bxirt creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in London. However, this is not so. The Company address is a virtual one that is used to gain buyers trust.

In reality, it operates from China, so shipping & delivery takes weeks, or months even. Meanwhile the company has already been blacklisted for dubious activities, for eg; bait and switch scam, see info here.

Customer Complaints

Costumers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that they received an entirely different item. In most cases, the wreaths were many sizes smaller and didn’t look like the Ad. Also, all efforts to contact the store for refund were unsuccessful.

Return Policy

This store’s refund and exchange policy is not favorable to shoppers. Unlike most known stores, customers have to pay shipping fee when returning an item. Why this doesn’t necessarily make it fraudulent, we’ve seen cases were the return shipping fee is higher than the cost of item bought. This is one action most dubious sites use in frustrating customers.

Stolen Contents

bxirt.com has stolen the works of sellers on Etsy. The images were gotten from Etsy and website of real sculptors/wreath makers.

This is quite common with lots of e-commerce sites from China. Designs are photoshopped and passed off as original. In reality, customers receive a cheap knockoff, as peculiar with counterfeit products.

Is bxirt.com Legit?

From the crucial points noted above, bxirt.com has a lot of red-flags. This online store is owned by a fraudulent company stealing the works of Etsy artists.

Like most fraudulent e-commerce sites, this store uses super cheap discounts to attract customers. But when orders are placed, customers receive a different item instead of what was ordered. A classic case of bait and switch scam.

Unfortunate customers receive nothing at all, and have no means of contacting the store.

From all indications, bxirt.com is not an authentic online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.

Just like Peetlos, Mondreamy, BellaTrends, Hsbrace, Usgoodssale, and other reported suspicious websites, customers wouldn’t receive the item they ordered but a cheap item or nothing at all.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?

Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.

  7. Received a totally plastic, hideous tiny wreath today from these people today! It’s totally a laughable item they sent me. Yet they get away with this SCAM. I’ve definitely learned my lesson.

  8. I just received my order today. Per the picture online the fall wreath looked great. Received what looks like from dollar store no where near the item. Also Garden planters are the size of a yankee candle. Not a planter by any means. Used refund policy email to have it kicked back not valid.
I dislike online shopping and those out to get us. Lesson learned!

    1. I agree. The wreath I got was half the size of the one advertised and the quality was awful. It took 5 emails asking for a total refund before the company responded. They offered me only 10% discount. I am turning to VISA to get my money refunded.

  10. Definitely a scam. I will never buy anything from a Facebook ad again. A dollar store would not sell what they sent me!

  11. Scam, scam, scam. You guessed it suppose to be a gorgeous fall wreath and yet I received a plastic pink pos with plastic flowers from a dollar store. You people suck, taking advantage of people.

  18. This Bxirt.com site is a total scam. There is no real way to gat a refund from them. You must send them an email to get approval for a return and you hear nothing back.
It is handled by fupgc (.)com This is a Chinese company that owns over 800 websites. The shipping is sent from a shipping transfer warehouse in Jamaica NY.
Because is comments doesn’t allow posting pictures, you can copy this link and paste it into your address bar and see what I received for 75 dollars.
Most people have commented that their product received looks like something you would get at a “Dollar Store”.

  19. Total scam. Wrong wreath, cheap, and fell apart when taking it out of the box. This was made in China where quality and delivery was poor. I have found better at Goodwill.
