  1. Yup it is an absolute scam. I too got a confirmation email but items were never delivered. Tried contacting the company-no response.

  2. I have been emailing back and forth with this company since the middle of December with the thought of it getting here for Christmas. I was told that because the TicTok video went viral they were delayed with shipping and it would go out the next week. The next week came and I got another excuse and was told again it will go out on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went no shipment info I then emailed them again and told them to cancel my order and send me back my money that I am no longer interested in their product. To the email that was received this morning asking me for my Email address that I used to purchase the product (the one they have been writing me on) and my name so that they can cancel the correct order. I replied with that information telling them that I would give a negative review and let people not to buy from this company. I hope that I see my money back from them soon. But I will never buy from this company again and you should stay far away from them too.

  3. I keep getting responses via email, but when I request a cancellation and refund, they just say my item will be shipped out soon.
