This store uses it low price as a bait to make you shop from them. The large comfy sac is listed at $49 with free shipping. Do you know the price of National shipping on an item of this size as well as the wool material used? There’s no way a large bean bag can be sold for that price, Black Friday deal or not!

Fake Contact Info!

  1. I too have fallen pray to this company it has been going on 2 months now that I ordered the jumbo bean ,I have sent multiple emails and to no reply I see that it has been taken from my credit card .
    I don’t want to cancel my card because I have several monthly bills that are taken from this account and I would have to call and make changes to these accounts.
    I’ll just have to watch closely for and transactions that may not be approved.
    I will be in contact with my card company.

  2. Yup. Victim here too except I get regular emails from them giving me excuses for why nothing has shipped yet. We just go back and forth. They offer a refund. I have yet to take them up on it. I guess I will just report them.

I have gotten more false promises than I can count from them… delivery promised dates for over two months, now offering me a free bean bag guaranteed shipping date in 3-5 days which I haven’t gotten the first so no I don’t want a second one. Just emailed to confirm cancellation today. We will see …

    2. Same. And definitely reporting it. Calling my card to claim a fraudulent charge, the BBB, Trade commission and Trading Standards. I hate when scammers do this to people. Always report it so someone else doesn’t get ripped off!

  3. Well that really sucks! We ordered 2 last November to give to our kids at Christmas. I thought it would be at least 2-3 weeks before they actually shipped out considering Black Friday & Christmas was fast approaching and they looked to be in high demand. I hadn’t received a shipment notice from them yet and Christmas was in 3 days at that point so I emailed them
    asking for an update on our order. Return email was received within 24 hrs apologizing and letting me know they were still back ordered but hopefully would be shipped out the end of following week. I waited and still nothing so I emailed for an update again only to be told the same thing. I’ve been emailing once a week and receiving the same response 24 hrs later for the last month until today. They offered me a refund or another bean bag for free. I wanted the free one! My niece would love one for her birthday. I was still willing to wait as they’ve always responded to my emails within 24 hours. They thanked me for my patience and for being so understanding as they are still playing catch up from the overwhelming amount of orders they’ve received. They went viral on Tik Tok they said and that’s huge! Then as Im scrolling through Facebook I came across this site and comments about getting scammed by the bean bag company Looks like I’ll be asking PayPal to get my money back!

    1. I was scammed !! I put too much trust in a Facebook purchase ! I ordered in November no response to inquiries! I don’t trust Facebook purchase sites if I like something I go straight to Amazon!!!

  4. Oh i got scammed too..ordered 2 chairs december 27th..emailed them and have heard nothing and researching i came across about the scam. So mad at myself and put it on my debit card instead of charge card so now im out the money. So mad at myself!

I was scammed I ordered the big bean bag chair in February they took the money out the same day..Dec came I got a email that it was a back order due to tik tok they asked if I would like a refund I replied yes and provided my order number then Jan I sent email I did not receive my refund or the bean bag chair I got it was back order and will be sent…never did and now it’s February and never got nothing back or sent and I come to realize I just been scammed
