According to FTC, online shopping and fake reviews is the second most reported fraud category in 2021. As a result of this, we have taken the responsibility of reviewing products, stores, websites etc. for our reader’s financial safety.

What is Website?

Rovelop located at is a fashion store that sells different kinds of men’s clothes like jackets, trousers, shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. which are being offered for very affordable prices.

Unfortunately, experiences when shopping from has been far from satisfactory. Below is one of the experiences of a customer –

I bought 8 items and 4 of them made it to me after 6-8 works of the initial purchase. The last 4 are atleast in the United States now considering the tracking order has them in China for a whole month. Definitely not a scam, the clothes that I received were of great quality, soft Cotton texture on the shirts and jacket I bought along with quality printing on all the items I have received so far. I’d say if you really like the style and don’t mind the wait, go for it!

Of course, the above review doesn’t look totally good. When we went digging, we discovered the following red flags of Rovelop;

  • It is owned by a suspicious company called MJM OUROS. This company has a handful of similar online stores which are known for selling crappy clothes. Eg FridayCosy, MyCurvyBoutique, etc.

At this point you should be thinking of aborting mission! But if you’re still keen on shopping from this store, continue reading!

Other Reasons why you shouldn’t shop from

Fake Shipping & Delivery Info

Rovelop creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in Perpignan France. However, this is not so. The Company address is a virtual one that is used to gain buyers trust.

In reality, it operates from China, the website was registered in a state in China ‘Anhui’. This means shipping & delivery would take weeks, or months even.

No Refunds

This store’s refund and exchange policy is just a sham. In reality there’s no way to get your money back as the customer service don’t reply mails.

Is Legit?

From the crucial points noted above, Rovelop has a lot of red-flags. This online store is owned by a suspicious company.

Like most fraudulent e-commerce sites, this store uses super cheap discounts to attract customers. But when orders are placed, customers receive a different item instead of what was ordered. A classic case of bait and switch scam.

From all indications, is not an authentic online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.

Just like Peetlos, Mondreamy, BellaTrends, Hsbrace, Usgoodssale, and other reported suspicious websites, customers wouldn’t receive the item they ordered but a cheap item or nothing at all.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?

Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.

  1. This online company is horrible. I ordered $80 worth of items. Two pairs of pants for my son. The website portrays these nice pictures of the clothing items. When I received the pants they were girls size small pants and nothing that I ordered for my son. When I emailed the company and asked for a refund they had a nerve to ask me to pay to send back the trash they sent me. They pretty much scammed me. At first they mentioned only paying me $20 refund then it went to half. I want this company reported and put on the banned list and get their website taking down.
    Horrible experience!

  2. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROVELOP! I ordered over $300 worth of pants for my son. I have ordered shirts twice previously. While they took FOREVER to get here, my son like the material and sizing of the shirts. With that being said, I thought pants would be ok to order….nope! They all we’re about 3 inches too short and so tight, he could barely get them on. I emailed to get a refund and the first email said their sizing is true and explaining why they are not sure they don’t fit, nothing about the return. Then after I emailed back and said we just want a refund. They asked me to keep the cloths and they would send $20!!!! What???!!!!! I spent over $300 and want my money back!! I read the terms and conditions for a refund and met every single one of the criteria’s! Now I can’t get a response. Not sure what to do at this point. Please save your money for a clothing store that is legit.
