What is goroup.com Website?
goroup.com also known as Group Go Go or Group Go Go LLC is an online store that deals in varieties of products like kitchen utensils, gadgets, home accessories, toys etc. And these items are been offered for very low prices .
Unfortunately, it is not a good idea to shop from the store. During our investigations, we discovered G is another online shopping fraud. This store has the following drawbacks –
- This store uses a fake business address and phone number.
- This store shares similar structure with a blacklisted store – Gre Enterprise
- Reviews online indicate the store engages in phishing scam.
- The trusted Seals on the website are fake, and not from the authorized organizations.
At this point you should be thinking of aborting mission! But if you’re still keen on shopping from this store, continue reading!
Other Reasons why you shouldn’t shop from goroup.com:
The store is offering sales at suspicious discount prices which are too good to be true. This is one of the modus operandi of suspicious online stores. Discounts and cheap act as a bait to attract customers.
Fake Contact Info
Group Go Go LLC has listed its address as 12655 Nw 32 Place, Sunrise, Florida. However Google Maps shows the address belongs to a single family home.
Remember; Genuine businesses always provide accurate information. Also, the telephone number listed on the site is fake. It belongs to a security office in London that has absolutely nothing to do with the store.
Real costumers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that they were defrauded by the store. Once you place your order, there’s no confirmation email or tracking info.
This store’s refund and exchange policy is just a sham. In reality, there’s absolutely no way to contact the store for refund.
goroup.com failed our plagiarism test. The website copied its About Us and FAQ content from another website. This is not how genuine websites work.
Are Group Go Go Reviews Real or Fake?
There are a handful of Group Go Go positive reviews online but they are quite suspicious. There’s no possible way an online store will have only five star reviews. Moreover whenever you look at the reviews they all have one thing in common. They’re structured the same way.
According to Sam a disgruntled customer, Group Go Go LLC failed to send a confirmation email after he made an order. Later he was refunded, however in the future consequent unauthorized debits were made by the store.
See what he has to say below –
Ordered a blender that was $135.51 typically well over $230. Seemed too good to be true but decided to try it. They take your credit card, address and other personal info and then refund your item a few days later. Then you’ll get a message that your information has been compromised in a data leak.Sam
Is goroup.com Legit?
From the crucial points noted above, goroup.com has a lot of red-flags. This online store uses a fake business address, operates with a fake phone number, and has faked customer reviews.
When you order from this store, your credit card and personal information is collected without your consent. Then the store tries to hijack your credit card.
From all indications, goroup.com is not an authentic online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.
Just like Peetlos, Mondreamy, BellaTrends, Hsbrace, Usgoodssale, and other reported suspicious websites, customers wouldn’t receive the item they ordered but a cheap item or nothing at all.
Have you been scammed?- Do This
Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.
Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.
Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-
How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.

Excellent selection, good shipping and very efficient service. Very happy with my purchase.
Site took my credit card info for a toy that isn’t available anywhere else on the internet, but wouldn’t complete the order. You can’t even create an account on their site. No doubt Group Go Go is a scam site exactly like Gre Enterprise, just as warned here, they’re run by the same scam artists. Will be checking my credit card to watch out for fraudulent charges. Some reviews here for these sites (using full names) are likely fake and likely posted by the scam artists themselves.
They took my order then they cancelled the order a couple of days later. A week later the credit card that I used for the order was compromised and fraudulent charges were attempted ($402 to FBpay account). Luckily my credit card company caught it in time and denied the fraudulent charges. Had to get a new credit card and account number. Steer clear!
Scam site that will refund your order and steal your credit card information. Stay away. Avoid their sister site, GRE Enterprise (granterprise.com) as well.
