SO I EMAILED THE COMPANY THEY ADMITTED THE ERROR AND OFFERED MY CHOICE OF REFUND OR RESHIPMENT I CHOOSE RESHIPMENT AND ASKED THEY USE FEDEX INSTEAD OF USPS AS IT DELIVERS FASTER IN MY AREA. IT WAS ANOTHER 10 DAYS BEFORE I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD NOT SEEN MY OPTION RESPONSE UNTIL JUST THEN AND MADE THE SAME OFFER AGAIN BUT ADDED THAT THERE COULD BE MORE DELAYS DUE TO COVID I SUGGESTED THEY TAKE THE LOSS OF SENDING IT EXPRESS MAIL SINCE THEY HAD ALREADY COST ME 2 MONTHS OF WAITING I NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THEM. I TRIED WITHOUT SUCCESS TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM EVENTUALLY I REVISITED THE WEB PAGE TO GET A PHONE NUMBER ONLY TO FIND THE PHONE NUMBER WENT TO A MEDICARE ELIGIBILITY RECORDING, AND GOOGLE MAPS COULD NOT VERIFY THE ADDRESS. SO NOW I AM TURNING IT OVER TO THE USPS FRAUD DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THEY USED USPS AND EMAIL SERVICES IN THE PROGRESSION OF THIS THEFT AGAINST ME!
