I ordered a google max speaker from Sanouva, they never shipped the item and sent bogus updates. I paid $199 via PayPal. You cannot talk to any agent in PayPal, they are almost as bad! Someone should do an expose on PayPal. I kept complaining about PayPal’s responsibility via their feedback and they retaliated by freezing my account!

I am right there with you. I was trying to order a Google Nest Hello Doorbell and was excited about the good price that I was getting it for. After getting a confirmation order email and a few days later getting a status email that my item was Awaiting Shipment that was it. I called several times (no answer – left a VM) and then I follow up with an email, with no response there either. Only once I found a couple of these websites showing them to be a scam, did it confirm my growing concern that I got duped.
I have already disputed the claim with my CC and also went through the PayPal dispute claim process too. I am not too worried as I know I have CC protections, it is just a pain in the rear end to follow up on phone calls, emails, etc only to make sure you get your money back.
Anyone that hasn’t pulled the trigger on their purchase, save yourself the time and aggravation by purchasing somewhere else. These guys are Scammers.
