Negative Customer Reviews

Though this store does not provide social media buttons on its website, we were able to discover its page on Facebook. We found out that the page was registered on the 26th of April 2020. Also, there are a handful of angry emojis on their posts. Some comments have also been deleted.

  1. I ordered a quilt with an anchor on it a month ago and have not received it yet. Can you tell me if it is on the way or not.

  2. Highly disappointed. I ordered a 9 x 6 rug that I have never received. My credit card has been charged for it. There is no way of reaching the Company. Money is lost and no rug!

  3. They have my credit card number. 80.00 dollars. No comforter. Going to my bank on Monday. Wish I had read comment before I placed my order.

  4. I ordered a lap size quilt called sew for my sister in early May ‘20 and she’s yet to received it. The payment was done through PAYPAL. The money has been deducted from my bank.
    I have gotten many things from online for many years. I will say that this is the first time that this type of thing has happened to me. Needless to say I’m not happy about this.

  5. They are certainly scammers!! I fell for it, ordering a blanket. Luckily I paid with PaPal and it has been reported and they are investigating!! Report them as fraud!!!

  9. Man I can’t believe I fell for this scam! I realized I was never going to get my item when I emailed them saying I was asking paypal for a refund since I haven’t heard anything from them (btw, email is the ONLY way to contact them and they don’t answer back). They responded when I said I was asking for a refund with an email telling me my item was shipped! How convenient, right? They provide a tracking number, which I find out is BOGUS. There is literally no info there. So I put my request in to paypal for my refund. They had to investigate and determined what I already knew. BOGUS tracking number. They issued me a refund 20 minutes ago, but it did take about 2 weeks. I warned them to stop letting this seller use their site to scam people and they said they put some restrictions on their account and will remove them if they get more complaints. People please complain to PayPal so this doesn’t keep happening to people. I HATE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! One more thing, they have started using different email addresses through their site. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I am glad they didn’t end up with my money. I am going back to PayPal right now and sending them screenshots of these complaints. Let’s put these MOFOS OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

  10. Yes dont shop at Lushack what you receive is nothing like what is pictured. They wait until after 30 from the purchase date to ship your order so you can’t return it. Because their refund policy is it has to be returned within 30 days from purchase date.

    1. Postal inspectors too since they are using the Post Office. Unless they use a different carrier. I’ve been waiting for my Mermaid rug for a month now and have emailed them several times with no answer. Tracking # is fake too. Now I see them selling the same rug $10. off. It’s a scam! I’m going to ask for my $89.00 back. Makes me sick!

  11. I have had the same experience w them! It took 30 days to get my duvet cover, which is NOT what it said it was, then, the backing was a complete different color than represented in the pic posted, but the worst was the SIZE. I ordered a KING, this will be lucky to for a twin width wise, but WAY too long! The pillow shams were NOT king size and had no closing on them, made just like a pillow case.
    So, when I sent an email asking where do I return this, that I wanted a refund, they ran me thru, send us a pic, which I did, more than once, they send us the measurements, which I did, then FINALLY they act like they are doing me a big favor and said they would send me $30.00!! I paid $80.00!
    I stated, NO, not acceptable, I need an address to return and expect a full refund!
    Well, now I have to pay another $70.00 to return it, just on a HOPE that I will receive my refund?? NOT DOIN IT, I’m going to tell them to just send the $30.00, and cut my losses, anyone wanna guess w me if I EVER receive the $30.00???

    1. If you paid through paypal, go to their resolution center and file a complaint for a full refund. You will get all of your money back!! Don’t pay to send that back, you don’t have to. Just go to paypal and you will get full refund.

  12. I ordered a rug which appeared to be extremely beautiful and high quality. $80. Down the drain. It is a fraudulent company crested in April 2020. I received a cheap thin mat with a blurry photo of the rug on it!!!! Report this company to your bank.

  13. I bought a rug for $79 on May 11th and as of today 6/15 i have no rug, no confirmation number, and zero contact.

  14. I had purchased a carpet runner for the so called discounted price of $90. It to 5-6 weeks to arrive! This so called carpet runner was nothing like the picture shown. It looks like a Long Beach blanket. Came in a Vacuum sealed bag in a plastic bag! I didn’t even look at the tag , because I thought it was my wife’s order! Do not order from these people. I emailed Surgant/ Lushack, asking about it. They wanted a picture and the tracking number. So I had sent it. Then they wanted to take 30% off. No way. Asked for full refund, and a return slip with address. They sent me a address, but will not pay for shipping. It’s in China!!! They said I will get a full refund when product arrives. Called my bank!!!!! Wow!

  17. This is definitely a SCAM!!!!! Do NOT make any purchases from the Lushack website!!!!!
    The first quilt I ordered did not look like the photo Provided on the website. I took photos of both duvets that I ordered, prior to making my purchases. In the original photo ofthe first quilt I purchased the colours were bright, happy and pleasant.
    When the first quilt arrived, I was so shocked by its neon colours, as they were unpleasantly bright, and did not resemble the quilt I had ordered. I contacted a worker named Kendall Lind at [email protected] (The only customer service information they provided ). After I showed her photos of the quilt, she gave me permission to return the quilt to an office building in China, at my own expense, after which she would reimburse me for my purchase.
    Ms. Lind insisted that I had to pay for the cost of the return shipping, and she provided the address of an office building in China. I made repeated requests for a contact name or office number in the building, as I wanted to ensure that my package arrived at the right location and was tracked properly. Ms. Lind advised me that the only way to be reimbursed, was to ship my package to the address that she had provided. Once the return was confirmed, Ms. Lind advised me that I would be with reimbursed for my purchase. Ms Lind refused to pay for shipping, and she continued to advise me to mail the item to the address she provided, in China. I spoke to a few shipping companies, and was advised that the cost would be over $200 for shipping. That was more than twice the cost of the item! Feeling defeated, as I could not afford the cost of shipping, I gave up.
    Unfortunately, prior to reporting my dissatisfaction with the first quilt I purchased, I decided to purchase a second quilt from, because I was expecting to be reimbursed, once I notified the company of my complaint.
    The second quilt arrived today(Almost 3 months after I made the purchase), and after comparing it to the photograph in the advertisement, I confirmed that it is not the item that I ordered: I was sent a similar looking design, however the image was not the same as the one I had ordered. The item itself is a duvet, and the picture is printed on one side. The Image on the item Is different from the one I ordered, although it has a similar colour palette. I ordered a quilt (not a duvet) that has a lot of detailed quilting, over the majority of the surface. I am now dreading contacting the company, for fear that I will once again be advised to ship the quilt to China, at my own cost, before I can be reimbursed. As the first duvet and now the second quilt cost less than the cost of shipping, I am unable to return the two items. I am on disability, because I have cancer, and I do not have $200 to $400 to spare to pay to ship the two unwanted items back to China. I feel cheated as Miss Lind had encouraged me to purchase the second quilt, to replace the first one I had ordered. Now I am stuck with two unwanted bedspreads, which is very disappointing as I spend most of the day in bed. I was hoping to improve my bedding by purchasing colourful, happy items, to improve my morale, as I spend the majority of the day in bed. I feel that Lushack is taking advantage of its customers by refusing to pay for shipping, if they misrepresent their products, Ontario their website, or ship the wrong item.
