Is Champion Strategy Holdings a Scam Debt Collection Company?

From reports online, Champion Strategy Holdings is not a legitimate debt collection company, the company appears shady. First of all, the website lacks tangible information about who they really are.

Secondly, their office address ‘2302 Parkland Drive Atlanta, GA 30345’ is currently vacant. When we contacted the leasing company, we were told the office is unoccupied. Thirdly, the website shares same modus operandi with a debt collection company ‘ASG Recovers‘ that has been fined and ordered to cease and desist in California.

Thirdly, the company has not been functioning for 30 years as claimed on the website. Who.is (a domain checker tool) shows the website ‘championstrategyholdings.com’ was registered on January 2020. This clearly shows that the business is not genuine, and is likely an offshoot of ASG Recovers.

  1. Just received the exact same Voicemail. After a long hard 5 years of paying off debt, I am stiil, as of today debt free. I am proud of that. I have been debt free since Nov 2021, almost 2 years. All student loans. This is a scam. People please beware.

  2. Just got a call today from her on my mother’s phone and then they ask who Brenda was. They went thru the same spill as above. Transferred me to someone else, cut me off wouldn’t let me talk. Told me I was getting served papers on Monday. When I called them back I told her my attorney would be calling her back. She said we don’t talk to attorneys. I hung up

  3. Got same voicemail… Get this…on my Google Voice which I haven’t used in years. I already knew it isn’t legit since I worked in collections for 26 years and the voicemail violates many different aspects of the FDCPA…(FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT). So for giggles I tried to call the toll free number that was left in the voicemail. How surprising that the number isn’t in service. Just threaten them with FDCPA lawsuit and they’ll hang up.
