Have you been scammed by a company using the above address? You are not alone! A lot of people have fallen prey to these scammers. However, I have good news for you!
You can get your money back, and also be informed how this scam works.

How Does This Scam Works?
Like many fraudulent online stores, this scam uses social media as a bait to get their victims. They advertise items for cheap discounts, but send something different and far cheaper when a customer orders.
Instead of a laptop mobile desk, you’d receive cheap watch. Instead of a scooter, you get a walking cane. On and on it goes!
This scam uses different Facebook Ads, different websites, email address, and of course sells different products!
However, what you should know is this; ZJLogistics, 3979 E. Guasti Road, Unit A, Ontario, CA 91761 is the address of a shipping company.
In the real sense, it has absolutely nothing to do with the online stores that duped you.
So, how do you catch these thieves?
Unfortunately for now, there isn’t. However, one thing you should do is to leave a review online about the online store NOT the shipping address.
For example if the name of the store you shopped from is ‘moonstone.ltd‘ you should leave a review online using the name, or you can send me a mail so I can warn the public too!
Have You Been Scammed? To Get Your Money Back!
Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.
You should contact your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.
It is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-
How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy.

There is a City of Industry in CA. I’ve driven past the sign hundreds of times. It’s right outside LA. However, I just got the clothes I ordered and all were sent in M size when only one was ordered in that size. T-shirt is quite nice, but other two things crap. One thing they didn’t send. Who knows if I’ll ever get it.
I’ll see. Will return to this site and update.

I order wigs to an some braided hair smh
Osslewigs ? Same here. Suposedto be really cool bright colored and got drab ombres!
They will charge you triple to return the items because the company is based in China! They should not be allowed to advertise at all because everything is cheaply made and is nothing like the pictures they have on their website and the sizing chart is way off!
Total crap stuff. Ordered 3 dresses and are the worst style, material and sizes are totally wrong. If you want to sent back…lots of luck, they have to go back to China!
I ordered an Alabama t shirt and received a red shirt with graphics far from what the picture showed. Teeopen.com was where it was ordered from
I ordered a red pair of sandals which took almost 8 weeks to arrive. The sandals were poorly made, cheap looking. They advertise Upustyle with nice items but, they send you shit. The 99 cent store I could’ve gotten a better deal.
I ordered 3 hooded sweatshirts that were supposed to have “YELLOWSTONE” printed across the front of each one. 39.00 per shirt. 2 had nothing printed on them and the third said “Faith OverFear”
No number to call or return address. I want my dang money back!!!
Address said: ZJLogistics 3979 E Guasti Road, Unit A Ontario, CA 91761, but that was pasted over an address from China that I could not read.
I ordered 2 Shirts not even the shirts I ordered I am so mad !!!!!!
Just got scammed by this company! They sent a cheaper face mask than advertised on Facebook.
I ordered 3 of the lace braids in three different styles. They sent me three of the same and all three are hedious to say the least!! $60 down the drain
I also go scammed by this company. I am handicapped and it’s difficult for me to go to clothing stores, so I often order online. However, never again with this company! I ordered 2 dresses from this company, but when I received them the quality was extremely poor and the sizes were way too small. When I tried to return them, I was unable to. I ended up giving them to Goodwill. I don’t know whether they accepted them, tho.
I also got scammed by this company. I ordered a pair of denim sneakers and a cute shirt sleeved denim dress almost two months ago. Last week I received the sneakers, which weren’t the size I ordered. NO DRESS! People are so devious. This thievery makes you never want to order online.
I ordered a dress, blouse and a hoodie. It took awhile to receive, however, I received exactly what I ordered. The packaging was nice and each item came clean, pressed and nicely folded in a plastic bag.
Everything was well made.
The blouse was too small to button and needs to be returned. No paperwork in pkg. No laundry instructions on items. The material was something I’ve never seen or heard of; recycled polyester.
The envelopes return address was the ZJLogistics in City of Industry, CA 91744
I suppose I’m out the price of the blouse.
I received all of the items, but some do not fit and now, I guess, I am out of luck. Also, the items are very poorly made. I really have learned my lesson abt shopping on line. Never again.
this was the worst mistake on my part same as above, two cheap dress and 28.00 to send back to china.
I ordered 2 braided wigs. They sent me 2 dreads. This is a scam, no number to call, fake address. I emailed 5 times no response for refund. Do not order anything it is SCAM. I SHOULD OF RED reviews first.
I ordered two dresses from AnniCloth. Got what the picture showed but cheap poorly made, crappy fabric. To return is a scam – return to China or accept a 15% return on purchase price (shipping not included). I’m sure I’ll never get my money back and the dresses will go to Salvation Army. Scammed!
I ordered a tumble track and received a pair of socks. I’m not sure who the FTC is to make a complaint to but since the name of the company is posted as a scam all over, I figured at this point nothing will come from it anyway. If they don’t know who these people are and can’t identify where these fake ad are coming from, what is complaining going to do? Facebook and other media platforms should be fined for allowing these companies to advertise on their pages.
