Stay away from this store, I did a ordered them in May and when the order came it was two face mask not the Brother’s sewing machine that was order.
Same thing happened to me. They resent it, and it got lost in the delivery process… they’re sending again but my hopes are low.
I ordered a Raised Bed Greenhouse and they send me two face masks. Be careful, the are also listed as Frille.club. Same address listed above is indicated on the website. This website is fraudulent.
I had the same thing happen to me. Got 4 shitty little face masks instead of a sewing machine. 45 days after I ordered it.
I made the mistake of ordering a sewing/embroidery machine from them in March and as of today (July 1st) I have still not received it nor have I received the refund that I have requested numerous times. I wish this page was around when I was looking for a machine and ordered them. Any tracking information I finally got from them says that they are sending 2 small packages. Since when is a sewing/embroidery machine a small package (or 2 for that matter)? I plan on fighting this and getting a refund from my Credit Union.
This is a Fxxking scam webiste, I ordered Brother’s sewing machine in April, but got 2 masks after 3months, stay away from this store !

I ordered a sewing machine table in April (15) I’ve contacted them in late May and asked where my order is, contacted them again in June to request a refund, they told me seeing that my order was shipped I can’t get it.. Contacted them again in July and no refund. Finally put in dispute with my bank, they denied my claim. Just got a package yesterday (8/5) and they sent me 2 face masks. Called my bank again they told me to send all correspondence to them and they will resolve it… sent teenserge an email and told them how disgusted I was with them.. Taking advantage of people and their money!!
