ShopSubsidy is not a legit store selling wreaths. Read this review to find out why you shouldn’t shop from shopsubsidy.com

With online scams springing up daily, we have taken the responsibility of reviewing products, stores, websites etc. for our reader’s financial safety.

Our Review of this Ecommerce serves as an eyeopener. We hope it meets you well, and on time.

What is shopsubsidy.com Website?

The website is an online store or e-shopping site that deals in different kinds of wreaths like Autumn Wreaths, Skeleton Halloween Wreaths, Fall Mesh Wreaths, Fall Hydrangea Wreaths, etc. And these items are been offered for very cheap prices.

Are you thinking of shopping from shopsubsidy.com? Don’t do so! A lot of things don’t add up about the site.

See the following factors that make ShopSubsidy a suspicious online store.

Why shopsubsidy.com Is Risky- Redflags Discovered

Associated with fraudulent websites

ShopSubsidy uses an email address ‘[email protected]‘ that is been used by multiple blacklisted stores. Eg; Shopfavorable, Shopinexpensive, etc.

Even the phone number ‘ +1 7659868034‘ is linked to shady sites. This doesn’t speak well of the store.

Customer Complaints

Costumers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that they received an entirely different item. In most cases, the wreaths were many sizes smaller and didn’t look like the Ad. Also, all efforts to contact the store for refund were unsuccessful.

This is what a customer has to say about the site –

They are scammers. I, surprisingly, received my order today. 3 pieces of absolute junk!! Very cheap and not even close to advertised. Something you’d buy at the Dollar Tree. They aren’t even worth giving away. Emailed them multiple times with no response. Email address through PayPal wasn’t even valid. Claim filled with PayPal.

Gee

No Online Presence

WhoIs data shows shopsubsidy.com was registered on 7th of October 2021, barely 23 days ago. This means it has zero online presence, so there’s absolutely no guarantee. Newly registered websites are often considered suspicious till they hit the six months mark.

Not fully Secured

shopsubsidy.com lacks authenticity. The trusted Seals from VISA, PayPal, STRIFE, and MasterCard are all fake. They are copied images with no link to the authorized page.

False Return Policy

This store’s refund and exchange policy is just a sham. In reality, the store doesn’t grant refunds. The wreaths come in a package that says ‘Nonrefundable’

Conclusion:

From all indications, shopsubsidy.com is not an authentic online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.

Just like Fcfed, Wulimer, and other suspicious sites, customers wouldn’t receive the items they ordered.

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?

Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.

  1. I am still waiting for a Christmas decoration that I ordered the last week in October. I tried to call and all I got was a busy signal. Thank goodness I only spent $39.Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I reached out to the vendor to inquire about the status of my purchase only to find out that their email address [email protected] had been “disabled” (by Google I assume). I filed a claim with PayPal and received a refund. Lesson learned.

  3. They are not legit. How these criminals continue to operate is unbelievable. They do not have the items they list for sale and more than likely bank on people spending small amounts and just taking the loss. They are absolutely the scum of the earth and at some point I hope get caught and have to pay for this scam.
