OVICD: I am new at ordering from Amazon and, boy, was I taken! Ordered Birkinstock’s “woven sandal,” and the black Gizeh. I only wear Birks from May thru December because of awful feet. What a letdown! I have been out of work with shoulder surgery and this deal looked great. Live and Learn.
I ordered hesitantly from this company and have emailed them several times for tracking info to no avail. It’s been 3 weeks since they charged my bank and I submitted a dispute with my bank today. They will credit me the amount and contact merchant directly on my behalf to which I’m sure they’ll get the same response…crickets. I just thank God for my bank, Chase, they are wonderful! I’ve also suspended my old card and requested a new one because no one can be trusted

I too ordered from this company and now realize that I was taken to the cleaners by them for 3 pr. Of Birkenstocks! These people are crooked!! I am calling my bank and reporting this scam to the authorities .
I also got scammed by OVICD. Paid $187 & got fake Birkenstocks. It was my first time ordering something from a Facebook ad. & will never do it again. I called my credit card company & filed a dispute. Hopefully they will credit me for this transaction. Will report to the Better business bureau. Wish I saw your review before placing my order! ME TOO!! Took 5 weeks to get FAKE Birkenstock’s
I ordered 2 pr. of Birenkstock sandals from this compay on 7/26/2021 and have recieved nothing and have emailed them or tried to 3 times I am going to contact my credit card and see what they say…NEVER AGAIN.
I too ordered 2 pair on July 26. I did receive my order but it’s as good as not receiving them. 1st pair broke as I was adjusting the strap so I contacted them via email. But as another comment has stated, all I got was Crickets… I have sent 3 emails so far for information on returning the shoes to no avail… Nothing!! I’m just going to chock this up as a loss as it’s not worth my time to try any longer. I can’t even wear them they are so uncomfortable. One pair is broken and the other pair horribly uncomfortable. I will watch my bank account to be sure no bogus charges show up in the future from them. Being taken does not feel good at all!!! Pam

Absolute scammers!!! Will not send me address to return shoes. Asked me if I would take 10% refund! Don’t order from them, EVER!!

Very sorry for the all trouble. We checked the all details with our suppler, we feel so angry, we also are cheated by supplier, we feel so sorry. But this is our fault, we didn’t check clearly before we purchase, we’ll ask the supplier to improve our instruction, could you pls give us a chance to solve this thing?
How about we refund 10% you as compensate and you don’t leave us any feedback, do you agree? Or you have any other suggestions?

Same thing happened with me. Unfortunately, I contacted the bank too late, because I was waiting and fooling around to hear back from this company. If I had contacted the bank first and then tried to resolve with this company, second, I would not have lost my money for some sandals that are fake and made me fall to the floor upon first try on.
