This Homehelperes.com reviews exposes everything you need to know about the store, and why it is fraudulent.

homehelperes.com – How Does This Website Work?

Homehelperes is an online store that claims to sell different kinds of items like Reinforced high-end hanging chair, Icemaker, Automatic Embroidery Sewing Machine, Robotic Vacuum Cleaner, etc. BUT the price of these items on Homehelperes site look too good to be true.

The website is well designed with an easy user friendly interface, however this doesn’t make it a safe site to shop from. A lot of fraudulent websites make their website look standard in order to convince buyers into thinking they’re legit.

This is also the case with Homehelperes.com

Homehelperes.com is Fraudulent due to the Following Reasons;

Company Address

Homehelperes has provided its company address as ‘133 Woodbridge Ln, Battle Creek, MI 49015, USA however there is no store or office by the name ‘Homehelperes’ in that address.

According to Google map, the address is that of a residential home that is not available for lease. From all indications, homehelperes.com physical store is not located in that address. This shows that this online store is not a trustworthy place to shop.

Discounts

A look at the items offered by homehelperes.com showed they are offering all their goods for discount prices. Not only are the price of items ridiculously cheap, you can not buy them for such prices in any known store.

At the moment homehelperes.com is trending on Facebook because it is selling Egg Chair, Icemaker, Embroidery Machine, for just $19.99. But the price alone shows it is too good to be true. These items cost more than $200 in legitimate online stores.

Customer Support

There is no customer service agent available on HomeHelperes website. Customers can only contact the store using the email address ‘ [email protected]‘ which in reality does not serve its purpose.

Mails sent to the email address were never replied or confirmed.

Tracking and Delivery

homehelperes.com does not provide means with which customers can track the progress of their orders. Customers who shopped from this store complained that they didn’t receive tacking info.

Also, shipping and delivery took some weeks because the orders were sent from China instead of UK.

Customer Reviews

This shopping site does not make provision for customer reviews. When a buyer shops from this store, there is no option to rate the experience or drop a review.

However, during our investigation we discovered some reviews on Facebook, from displeased Homehelperes customers. According to these reviews, homehelperes.com is a fake online store that deliver a different item from what was ordered.

Instead of icemaker machine customers received ice scoop. While those who ordered for Sewing machine received sewing thread. Deceptive advertising indeed! Classic bait and switch scam. But what were these customers expecting? The ridiculously low price is enough indicator that homehelperes.com is not a trustworthy website.

Copied Contents

The contents on homehelperes.com are not original. The About us info, return policy, privacy policy, and other written contents have been copied from another website. This is not how genuine websites work.

Every website is treated as a unique site by search engines no matter if the owner of two or more sites is the same. What this means is that contents present on each site must be unique. If it is not then the site is not a good site.

Like the saying ‘content is king’, a website with stolen contents is never regarded as a trustworthy site.
