Did you order from them ?
I received a pair of shoes 6 weeks later, wrong size. When I asked to replace them with the right size, they emailed me to say they suggest I gift them to a friend and they would give me 20% off another pair. I replied no, I want what I paid for! Still no reply.
I received two pair instead of four pair and they use the same tracking number when they said they sent them again. There are definitely low-quality not what I paid for this whole store is a scam if you order from them make sure you change your account numbers. If you do decide to chance it or find out too late hopefully used a Discover card they at least have great customer service. Do not give this company a chance they will give you the runaround for days so that they can just delay the inevitable and use your information. All of this comes from China so the delay will be in shipping even though they say they ship it fast it still takes about two or three months if you receive anything.
I ordered two pair of boots the first pair after almost a month haven’t received them or can’t track progress , what can be done
This is the worse scam I have been involved in. Never received my order nor refund. Used PayPal so hopefully everything will be fine

More than a month later andI never received my order, each time I contacted them I received an excuse about a delay. The last and 4th time I asked for my money back and they never responded. I didn’t realize it was a Chinese company till I looked at my paypal account and saw a different company name than what I ordered from and of course it turned out to be Chinese
I ordered a pair of shoes in either Mar or April. I kept questioning why a tracking number had not been created? It was taking soooo long to receive. I got a response via email that item had shipped and was stuck at p.o. I asked what p.o.? Never got a response. I said in May, I no longer wanted item and requested a refund instead. I was told they could not refund item since it had been shipped. However, I paid thru PayPal who eventually refunded my money. Now today, May 28th, I receive a very non descript pkg with what feels like shoes. They are going back to wherever.
I wished I read this before ordering from Floralmoda… I ordered 6 pairs of boots for my store and received a tracking number saying 6 items were to be delivered but I only received 2 items which was a red flag. Upon contacting them I was told that the items were shipped out separately, so why did they have the same tracking number if shipped out separately. That was early August I placed this order and contacted them September 5 and I still have yet to receive the rest of my order…
This website is a SCAM I order back in February of 2021 some sandals that I was charged for and never received them I contacted them and they said they were going to refund my money which they never did all of the sudden I received and email in July that my shoes were ship and they gave me a bogus tracking which it said that it was delivered where was it delivered because it wasn’t to me and I email them again and I have to received a response or my refund
Worst store I have ever dealt with. Tried to return shoes that they sent the wrong color on, and they would not give me my money back.
My question is how the heck is this store able to pull this bs off this long? This is a lot of people dissatisfied. Well luckily I came on here to look up the company after I saw several styles that appear to be exact replicas of expensive boots like sorrell and free bird for a fraction of the cost. It seemed too goo to be true but I almost risked it bc I wanted those boots so bad. Thanks to you for posting this you saved me.
