Why Is Risky- Redflags Discovered

During our in-depth investigation, we discovered the following disadvantages of shopping from this Online Store. Contact- None!

Though appears to be a legitimate store it has not bothered to provide means with which customers can reach them. There is no phone number, email, or even a return address.

Furthermore, the contact form on their contact us page does not serve its purpose. Messages sent are never replied.

We believe this is enough red-flag to stay away from this store. Prices

This store uses it low price as a bait to make you shop from them. The wool blanket is listed at $40 with free shipping. Do you know the price of National shipping on an item of this size as well as the wool material used?

As we have observed from many fraudulent websites, this is just a way for them to get shoppers trooping to their store. It doesn’t mean they would fulfill their end of the bargain. Scam- False Advertising!

Another reason why this store is a fraudulent one is that it uses pictures of a full large bed cover blanket for advertising, however the blankets are 100cm x 120cm not king size. Customers would likely receive a wool handkerchief instead. Customer Reviews

The reviews on are fake and not from real customers. They date as far back as June 2020, whereas the website has been working for barely two weeks.

Further investigations online showed that customers who shopped from this store were sent a fake tracking code. All attempts to get a refund proved futile.

Suspicious Nature Of

Apart from the points mentioned above, we find other reasons why we think this e-commerce is not a safe store to shop from. Below are reasons why you shouldn’t shop from –

  • This store was registered few weeks ago, so it has no history and online presence.
  • This store does not provide option for customer reviews.
  • Facebook page does not have any information about the company. It is just filled with stupid memes and deleted comments.

What We Found about !

At first glance, blanketfly appears to be a legitimate online store selling wool blankets. However, on further investigation, we realized customers who shopped from this store never received their order.

Just like Stylishmodewe, Peiwq, Patchamperes, Playsetskids, Noatanice, kznice, ShopJumboBean, this store lures you with low prices, but when you order for the items, you might not receive anything.

Have you been scammed By This Store?- Get Your Money Back Now!

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.

It is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-

How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?

Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. You can always return your items and get your money back if you are not satisfied with your order.

  1. I received mine today and isn’t any bigger than a throw rug not a king size blanket. Am going to try and get my money back.

      1. I ordered 2. They just showed up today. They are size of a baby blanket. The material is so bad I couldn’t give it away for a baby. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back. I’m totally disappointed.

    1. I just got mine today, it’s a complete ripoff, I’m so pissed at myself for falling for this, this blanket is the size of a baby blanket and isn’t worth $20, let alone $50. I took a couple pictures and put one of my shoes next to it for size reference, I wear a women’s size 9. It’s also definitely not wool, it’s just synthetic fibers.

  2. Just received a delivered status from an unknown shipping co.
I definitely didn’t receive my order of two blankets. The contact emails have been useless I will look to my c card with refund help.
    What a scam !!

  3. I feel like an idiot!!! Now my husband probably won’t be letting me purchase anything online again! I too was taken by this fake company. I’m sure thousands of people have been and continue to with the upcoming holiday. I WL be checking with my lawyer to see what can be done to these bottom dwellers until then I’m posting all over the internet to save people the headache and money during these hard enough times. How do people like this sleep at night ! Why does Facebook allow this to happen to people?

    1. Please contact your local fraud department! Contact your credit card company and demand a charge back! Their website says it is shipped from the USA. That it has been featured on Oprah, Ellen, USA Today! It’s all fake! You must report them. I ordered 4 blankets. What a scam.

    2. I too got taken advantage of. I paid for 2 of the king size blankets. Never received them. They do keep sending me text messages with a fake tracking #. They also send me emails, I replied to them, and I received an email from GMAIL that the email has spam software attached to it and to not reply to their emails anymore.
Horrible that these Chinese scammers are getting better everyday. I also purchased a flag from a company called OHHGEARS, they too ended up being fake. I received my money back from American Express and from the other I used PayPal and they gave me my money back also.

      1. I received a small 20″ x 30″ blanket (ordered a queen size) and immediately contacted paypal to report the rip off. Paypal took 4 weeks and then sent me a couple photocopies of the conversation they had with the seller, basically ignoring the problem and they were placated by the seller giving them shipment tracking. I had told paypal right off the bat that the problem was the product size is not what i ordered. They decided that because i received SOMETHING, then I had no grounds to dispute the purchase. So the whole transaction was valid and i would not be refunded.

        1. My Credit Card Company did the same thing. Blanketfly sent them some bogus statements and the credit card company accepted them as fact even though I sent documents and photos to prove otherwise. Paying off three Capital One cards and cancelling them all on the same day,(maybe this will wake them up). If they’re investigators are so stupid they can’t tell that a 36″ x 40″ blanket does not represent a “King” size blanket I’m done giving them my business.

  4. Damn …. wished I had been little smarter and researched this company before placing an order !! Ordered on November 12 and still have no tracking update and still haven’t received package !! Emailed them and they said was delay in customs but then few days later started thinking that there website said Made In USA and Shipped From USA via USPS Standard 5-7 Day Shipping !!

  5. I purchased two “blankets”. They took forever to arrive and when I tried to track the package, everything was written in a different language, Chinese I think. Then finally I was provided with a tracking code in English. They arrived yesterday. One was damaged and both were suited for a baby crib. Customer service has been good so far…Hopefully they will provide refunds.

  6. This company SUCKS!! It has been almost two months since I purchased this blanket and still no blanket. I reached out and they sent me a link for tracking and it is now saying return to sender. I asked them just to refund my purchase and keep the blanket and they said they can not refund any purchase. Wish I had read this review prior. Buyer be warned!!

  7. I ordered two KING Size and they would not fit a baby crib. TOTAL SCAM do not order from this company!!!
Just sent a complaint to the company and waiting for a reply!!!

  8. Just received my king sized baby blankets, so mad about the size and material sucks, not like the pic at all! And no reply from my many emails, now reading the reviews I don’t think I will get a reply or refund. So mad, this was my one gift for my sister for Christmas and it’s a day away!

  9. Ordered my blanket in November for my wife as a Christmas present. I emailed them yesterday to cancel my order and receive a refund. I received an email today stating that it was too late and I cannot get a refund. Still no blanket!!

  10. I was scammed as well. I ordered one and they sent it and it was the size of a crib mattress so I contacted them by email and they said I received the wrong blanket so could they send the right one and I told them that if it wasn’t the size of a KING size bed I wanted my money back so they assured me it would be but of course it wasn’t so I sent them an angry email again telling them I wanted my money back and I haven’t gotten a response, I’ve sent 4 emails and they’re ignoring me. These people need to be stopped and prosecuted.

  11. I bought 4 if these for Christmas gifts on December 3rd and still haven’t received them. I wrote them a reply on an email I got about 2 weeks ago asking when I could expect them. I did get a reply back that they will be delivered in 9 -15 days. Im afrais ive been taken for $160 and 4 of my family members wont be getting gifts.

    1. Contact your credit card company. As this company is a scam, you have buyer protection. They will file a dispute, Blanketfly will not respond and then you will be issued a credit to your card without any fees assessed to you.

  12. Total SCAM!!!! I hope other buyers out there read reviews before using this site. It’s so sad how they take advantage of people especially during such a difficult time.

  13. I was taken also…I ordered 5 different colors…received 1 color (gray). The size of an unfolded paper napkin and the synthetic material. Not going to waste additional time trying to get a refund. I’ve learned so much from all the reviews.
    Never Again!!!

  14. I have not received my order and it has been 27 days so I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I did receive replies from my inquiries but they keep sending me to track the package using an app they wanted to download . Shortly after “tracking” the order indicating it is in China, several of my accounts were flagged as compromised by Microsoft (coincidence?). I also continue to receive a multitude of spam email from the company when I indicated I did not want to receive these emails.

I requested a new card from my bank and changed my password.

  15. Totally got duped! 2 blankets came in today, and they are completely unusable! Material is cheap and very small. Not what i paid for. Now I’ll have to get my card stopped and changed. I feel like an idiot. Thought i did enough research, guess i didn’t.

  16. Do not under any circumstances but from this company. I fell for the picture and ordered two single bed blankets for a cost of $60. I received two inferior synthetic tiny blankets that wouldn’t cover a doll. What a scam!!

  17. This was the absolute worst purchase I’ve made in a very long time! I purchased 2 king size blankets and paid extra for priority processing. My order didn’t ship out for 15 days. Once it shipped it took another 5 weeks to arrive! It did not come from the USA as stated on the site. It came from China. When inquiring about my order several times, I received only one response apologizing for the delay. When the blankets finally arrived, they were horrible quality, the size of a baby blanket, and immediately started falling apart! Stay far, far away from this company! Total scam!!

  18. My blanket is the size of a baby blanket!! NO customer service NO Christmas present for my daughter. These people are so ignorant, they should what skills they think they have a legitimate job instead of sitting at home being lazy.

  19. I ordered from a company called which has a remarkably similar web site. We have not received any product from them, and attempts at communication were not answered (only via a web form, no phone number or email)

  20. If you were scammed by BLANKETFLY, dispute the charge to your payment method. You will be protected under the buyer protection clause. Your money will be refunded/credited immediately. Then after 30 days, you will receive a credit for that purchase as BLANKETFLY does NOT respond because it is a scam. Also, file an online complaint to the BBB. Any finance charges or other fees accrued because of this fraudulent company will be reversed as well.

  21. These people do not truly sell what they advertise; they steal your money sent for what is advertised, and send a 2×3 of cheap yarn that sheds everywhere 5-6 weeks later stuffed in a plastic gray bag from China. There is no receipt or invoice, no option to return. There is no contact info on their website other than a generic email that they rarely respond from. The BBB has over 40 negative reviews on this website. The address listed on the BBB refuses returns, too. This is a complete scam . I have documentation of everything above, and I will review everywhere I can. They need to be shut down.

  22. Das Sparpotenzial macht sich aus einem Preisvergleich der Strompreise des jeweiligen Grundversorgers mit
den Stromkosten, die alternative Anbieter verlangen.
