I was considering purchasing a patio furniture set the was super cheap but when I looked over the website I noticed typo errors, not secure lock, weird looking, wording of an unprofessional and cancel and return policy seemed funny. No reviews or review section. So I decided to search them and there it is confirmed to be what I suspected. They need to take website down

I purchased a patio furniture the price was 99 and I was charged 160$ on my credit card

I ordered a bunk bed set a week ago and it’s funny I never cared to check or pay attention on the fact I never set a user name or password to check on the status and on my bank statement it doesnt read zcsers it reads a random person’s name

Similar story here! I bought the bunk beds, paid extra for the 7-10 day shipping on 4/13. Emailed for a tracking number on 4/18 and received an email back 2 days later apologizing for the delayed response and reassuring me my item was on the way. When I checked my bank statement I found I was charged by s strange company that (after a google search) does land surveying out of Fort Worth, TX. Very odd. Set 2 more emails since, no response yet. Planning to look into it further, ill let you know what happens.
Update: now I have a new charge for a website I’ve never been to. Pretty sure the zcsers people are just using my card number. I disputed both with my bank. These guys are scammers. Plus the website is mostly down now…. don’t buy from here!!

Unfortunately my bank is on the same page I figured if I filed a dispute they would be alot more educated on how fraud works, turns out my bank did NOT favor on my behalf and considered this transaction not a fraudulent transaction although I sent them every piece of evidence I had from the moment I ordered to this review.
Its honestly very frustrating because I trusted that they would do their part in investigating this stupid website and instead they took my provisional credit back .. and yes I pretty much got scammed by this stupid website NOW IM ON TO HUNT DOWN MY BANK AND WHOMEVER IS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS DAM WEBSITE ..which infact read Avelino montalvan ruiz on my statement a dam psychiatrist in Dorado Puerto rico Rather than zcsers !!! Thanks for this info, I had a feeling it’s a scam. What I like to do is research the same type item to see 1st if it’s actually cheaper elsewhere or way more then the FB price. That’ll usually tell me a lot. Some items may not be a scam on FB, but you can actually find it cheaper elsewhere. Don’t buy through FB. FB has turned into a joke!

Fraud!!!! We almost bought the dresser bed. Then, my wife is like there is a lot of typo errors. So I researched it some more and we got this website. Thank you! My wife looked for the dresser on Home depot and was $1200 for the same one. Zcsers even used Home Depots advertising video and same pictures on the Zcers website. Why is Facebook allowing this crap? Just because Zcers paid their $40 advertising fee.

I was looking into the cheap patio set and figured it may be a scam due to the crazy low price – I guess it only goes to show, if it is too good to be true – it usually is. I am glad I read through this website before ordering. I knew something was off with the lack of information provided on their website and of course, the crazy low prices. Like how could they ship something so large for free, that I basically got for free.

A part of me thought the prices were so low because businesses were in desperate need of sales due to shut downs. I almost ordered, so happy I didn’t.

I spent over $800 here and have not heard a thing from them since. The phone number they give is a fake and the email address has not given me a reply to my needing to cancel an order. They are flat out fake. So wish I had seen this before hand. Hoping I can get my money back through my bank.

If Facebook and Instagram collect your information and know what you are looking for and then present you with a fraudulent advertising then they should hold some responsibility…they should be liable.
I could tell as soon as the invoice popped up on my screen something was wrong. It was so vague. The phone # couldn’t be routed and the e-mail address was bogus. I’ve opened a claim through my bank and assume my $ will be returned.
If you already purchased something from them that you’ll most likely never receive….if you paid via PayPal, file a dispute with them. If you paid via credit card, contact your credit card company.

This is a scam. Unbelievable that anyone would take advantage of others during these times. The URL they are using for the payment belongs to a Skincare company. Call them at 1 888 211 7560, they are collecting data of all the fraudulent charges and are forwarding it to their legal team. Your bank will refund you, but you may need to wait 15 days. To those that are doing it – Karma will get you. Stay safe everyone!

I ordered from this site months ago before COVID-19 was an issue. Never received anything. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and they refunded my money saying the Seller was not cooperating. I hate it they appear to have good merchandise it is a shame they’re a scam!

This Company is a Joke. I placed my order on 4/22 and paid for 3 business day shipping. I knew that it was to good to be true as soon as I placed the order. I was Charged $114.99 on my credit card and the name reported was FJALLRAVEN.US. This does not even match, I addition I have sent 3 emails with no response. I am on hold currently with my credit card to report as fraud. #lessonlearned
ZCSERS apparently changed domain to bestsdifs.club and advertised on Facebook. Yes, we were scammed. Site charged our card for product. Never sent acknowledgement or receipt. When I returned to the ad to attempt to verify any information, could only find a “404 Not Found” message. Charged our card as UniPro.jp, which is a Japanese clothing manufacturer.
I bought the outdoor furniture but wanted to wait to buy other items until I received the outdoor furniture, they never showed up and wont answer my phone calls or emails, Ugh not the best time in my life to get scammed my business is close to closing and all my bills are on default i knew it was too good to be true .

I ordered a sofa couch for outdoors from this company and they scammed my debit card for the money I bought the couch for and Also took took out 400$ from my account but they refunded it as it was fraud.
I have been looking for a Murphy bed and finally founnd one at a reasonable price. I too was sucked into ordering on 4/16/20 and got an acknowledgement that my order have been received and cc have been charged. After a month, no notice when it will be shipped. Tried calling the number but to no avail. With all the comments below, I will call my cc to hopefully get my money back.

Ordered several items from this site. Never received any of them. Credit card was charged, but money went to a Norwegian sporting goods company it appears. Reported fraud to my CC company. They are investigating. Wish I had seen this report first. The website for this alleged seller popped up in my Facebook feed. Facebook should not permit that.
I purchased a patio set from them back in April nothing yet. I have no way to contact them. I try the phone number it’s not in service. I’m gonna file a claim with my bank now that I see all those reviews. That’s terrible for people to be so cruel to make a buck☹️
