How I Tried

I downloaded the app following the promise of weight loss, signed up and completed the login. I wanted to try the program for a week and choose the 7 day trial. Before the week was up I realized it was not for me. I went back to see if I was obligated to anything else, as I did not want any surprises in my bank account.  First, the App made it difficult to see what my account was all about and impossible to cancel.  Second, the website wouldn’t show me my subscription info either, made it impossible to cancel as that was not offered as an option, and after spending some time trying to figure it all out, I gave up.

The Company deliberately makes it so that there is no easy way to access your subscription…warning bells!  Their initial emails are all about upgrading and were not transparent about my account. Before I thought the week was up, I was charged for a month ($38.95…overpriced)  Now all of a sudden (after the charge)  theyre available.  I get an email thanking me for an (unauthorized) purchase, for a product I was not happy with, from a company that is not transparent.  When I emailed them for an immediate cancelation and refund, they acknowledged that I cannot cancel through my App or the GOOGLE PLAY STORE .  They also said, ‘ NO to the REFUND, but you can have a free year’s subscription’.  The product is not worth it.  I have other subscriptions that are better and whose annual fee is less than Yogago’s monthly.  Beware as their customer relations and business practices are shady.

Pros

  • The app offers workout plans and tips from fitness experts.
  • It suggests quick workouts that fit easily into your day.
  • It’s user-friendly, especially for beginners.

Cons

  • There’s no free trial available.
  • Their customized plans require a subscription.
  • It’s tricky to find subscription info.
  • The company isn’t clear about account details.
  • Charges can pop up unexpectedly.
  • Cancelling subscriptions is tough through the app or Google Play Store.
  • Refunds are often denied.
  • Some people feel the company’s practices are sketchy and customer service isn’t great.

Customer Complaints

Lots of people who have used this App have complained about it being a tedious robot exercise where the instructions from the robot voice don’t match what the AI body is doing. Some complaints include:

Once you sign in, it.s hard to navigate – no search function to fund out exercises you hopefully would like, frustrating to operate, boring to follow, and they.re just thieves for promising refunds but not giving them (they put hidden absurd clauses on the initial statement making it virtually impossible to get your money back).

Yoga go charged my account and won’t refund; I have never used this service , never opened the app. They refuse to refund my money(29.99) so my bank is handling it.

My partner signed up for the free trial and found it so hard to cancel – it was not listed in her Apple subscriptions – that she ended up paying £33. Her emails asking to cancel went unanswered and we had to block the direct debit. Avoid.

How Much Does It Cost

  • You can get a 1-month subscription for $14.99, billed monthly.
  • The 12-month subscription costs $52.99, billed annually.
  • Opt for the Premium Subscription for quarterly access at $34.99, billed every three months.
  • Alternatively, choose the Premium Subscription for monthly access, available at a monthly rate.

Is Yoga Go Worth The Hype?

I liked the 15-20 minute length of sessions. However, the yoga itself isn’t great. The sessions don’t flow very well especially the chair yoga. (For example- goes from standing to sitting exercises and back to standing). Sometimes the timing is too slow and sometimes jumps to a new pose with no explanation or narrative. Also sometimes would do a sequence on one side (right arm or leg) and not do the other side. I expected more from prerecorded. Finally got annoyed enough to cancel.

Also, the Promises of weight loss in one month greatly exaggerated and undeliverable. The 10 minute daily sessions are most unlikely to do more than tone up muscle. It brings into question the equally exaggerated pictures of the “ripped” 60-something man used in the promo on Facebook etc.

Is The Yoga-Go A Legit App

Yes, Yoga-Go is a legitimate fitness app with a high rating of 4.5 stars on both the App Store and Google Play. It’s highly regarded by users who find it effective for weight loss. You can easily find more reviews online to confirm its legitimacy.

How To Cancel

  1. Log into your account at yoga-.io
  2. Tap on “Subscriptions” or “Manage Subscriptions”
  3. Tap on “Cancel Subscription”

Does Yoga Help You Lose Weight Loss

Yoga can help you lose weight in a few ways. Studies show it can reduce body weight, fat, and waist size, especially for those with obesity. Different types of yoga, like hatha or vinyasa, can all help.

Plus, yoga can speed up your metabolism, which means your body burns more calories, even when you’re not exercising.

Conclusion

Yoga-Go is a handy app for practicing yoga at home. It’s easy to use and offers a variety of classes to help you improve your flexibility and fitness. Just remember to listen to your body and take it easy if you’re new to yoga or have any health concerns.

Overall, although the app is convenient, the pricing is not that great and there are issues with customer service.
