XBP International LTD Reviews

There are a lot of complaints from people who have shopped from online stores linked to XBP International. Below are some of the reviews sent to us-

  • ” I was scammed also , I ordered a ice maker colt red they set me a tiny plastic blue ice tray with a lid not what I purchased buyer beware . I will follow up with my bank institution . This website should and needs to be shut down we all need help with being refunded period”
  • ” I ordered two dresses from them and they were horrible-weird fabric and weird fit. Tried to get a refund and then refused. Don’t fall for their ads”

As a result of the mails we got, we decided to run an investigation to ascertain the authenticity of the Company. Unfortunately, there were a lot of negative reviews online. You can see for yourself here

Is XBP International LTD Real?

Yes, the company is real. However, this does not mean you should blindly shop from online stores that use the Company.

One of the mistakes most people make is thinking any store that claims it is located in the UK is legit. Most of these companies were registered at the UK Companies House were it is very easy to register a company. You only need to provide $5, a pseudo identity and a virtual address which you can rent from virtual address service providers.

In the real sense, XBP International LTD is not located in London. Like most of the reviews online indicate, the products came all the way from China.

Are You Safe If You Use PayPal To Make Purchase From This Site?

Sadly, you’re not safe.

Some of these online stores exploit a major issue with Paypal’s system. You purchase the item, a few days later they find a tracking number that has shipped to your area (completely unrelated to you or your item) and then they post this tracking number into your PayPal transaction. PayPal sees this as a complete transaction and almost impossible to dispute.

So using Paypal is no guarantee that you wouldn’t be scammed. You just need to be wise, and ready for anything.

Scammed By XBP International Ltd? DO This!

  1. I ordered a dress from this company which was far too small !! Even though I ordered my usual size !! I have been trying in vain to get my money back with no avail !! There was no invoice included in the parcel I have emailed them with no response so I have lost almost £40 which I can I’ll afford to lose I am very upset with this company

  2. I ordered 2 dog beds and remote controlled handicapped scooter and have not received my order and they will not contact me back I have all their information and my order number and bank statement where they took my money.

  3. I purchased from Glarefairy, which is also XBP International Ltd, on their website. I bought 10pairs of underwear (as advertised on Facebook) and sandals. They’ve sent the underwear, which were crap, but did not send the sandals. I was chasing them every month, then became every week. Up to the point that they blocked my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DESPITE REPORTING THEM TO FACEBOOK, THEY WERE NEVER PROSECUTED. AVOID AT ALL COST.

  4. I lost over$100.00 from this company, using my PayPal Acct. I ordered a 100% linen outfit, straw purse and earrings, and was sent a 100% Polyester, wrinkled mess, not looking anything like I expected, a woven paper purse and a pair of very cheap looking earrings. Complaints were made directly to XBP and PayPal. The company offered to refund 15% of my purchase and PayPal refused to honor the purchase price. This company has about 50+names in which they do business. Buyer Beware. Always search the actual company name before ordering from a fly by night, illegitimate company.

  5. I ordered 2 dresses from Uryyt. They arrived horrid faulty rags really. They wont return my money and they tell me they don’t do returns. They’ve taken money from me I can’t afford to loose. Very rude but their website is fantastic. On Facebook if you put a bad comment they delete it immediately then block you

  6. SCAM!!!! BUYER BEWARE !! Don’t buy anything from this company! You mind as well be giving them a Blank Check!! Their clothes are crap & you won’t get a refund of your $$$$$
The ad on FB said the clothes are from South Carolina , then $$ gets deposited to London
The delivery was from Carson, CA & they sent me an address in Dubai to return the clothes which will cost me more $$!!

  7. Please report this company to the better business bureau. I spent a few minutes refreshing my Facebook Feed and I got 6 different ads, from 6 different companies, all owned by XBP International LTD, using the same pictures and wording. They may have hundreds of these scam “companies!”

  8. We too were scammed by a website called LSORU.com, owned by XBP International. I have been taking several steps which I want to share:
    File Complaints for fraud with:
    (1) Your bank/credit card – they will investigate in issue a provision credit while they investigate
    (2) Federal Trade Commission
    (3) Customs
    (4) FBI (they have internet fraud)
    (5) Postal Inspector – Office of the Inspector General (Mail Fraud is a crime – RICO)
    (6) Your state’s internet fraud division – they can contact Interpol and get in touch with English Authorities – XBP International is a UK Corporation which is owned in part by a Chinese national and frequently changes its office address.
    (7) Your local police – depending on the area, they may have their own unit
DO NOT attempt to contact any English police groups (unless you are an UK national) such as http://www.actionfraud.police.uk. They will inform you to file a complaint with your local/state police, which can then involve Interpol, which will contact English authorities (it is the proper procedure for inter-police investigations)
