Who Is Eligible For The Walmart Groceries Class Settlement

If you’ve bought any variable-weight meat, poultry, pork, or seafood products with a price-embedded barcode at Walmart between October 19, 2018, and January 19, 2024, or if you’ve grabbed some organic oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, or navel oranges in bulk from there during that time, you’re part of the group involved in this settlement.

The person who filed the lawsuit claimed that when Walmart put those weighted goods on sale with a “Rollback” discount, their checkout machines would bump up the weight, making you pay more than the discounted price advertised.

How Much Is the Settlement

For those of who can’t find our receipts. If you can’t prove you bought something, you can still get in on this settlement. You just have to say how much you spent on those weighted goods or produce during the specified time frame.

So, if you bought between 1 and 50 items, you’ll get 10 bucks. If it was between 51 and 75, you’ll get 15 bucks. Got between 76 and 100? You’re looking at 20 bucks. And if you went all out and bought 101 or more, you’re getting 25 bucks.
