With online scams springing up every day, we have taken the responsibility of reviewing products, stores, websites e.t.c in order to save you from making wrong decisions.

Our Review of this product serves as an eyeopener. We hope it meets you well, and on time.

About This Product

Vasseria moisturizer cream is said to smooth wrinkles, reduce fine lines, take care of crow’s feet, fade laugh lines, brighten dark circles and marks, restore hydration, and repair skin by boosting collagen levels. The description for this product is actually endless. Common words used are ‘anti aging’ ‘hydrating’ ‘long-term firmness’ ‘elasticity’ ‘skin rejuvenating’ etc.

Sounds incredible for one product right? Especially with the claim of it natural plants ingredients. However, we’ve received complaints from people who bought and used Vasseria Moisturizer cream.

See one of such complaints below –

I ordered a trial-sample of The Vasseria moisturizer cream. The cost was to be $19.99. That was good. The sample arrived about 5 to 6 days later. The cream was not good. Very thick and did not agree with my skin. I called to company customer #. They said they would not send me any more product. Great… but come to find out they charged me over $200.00. Calling their customer service was very hard to understand, and their offer to refund me first $40. then $60. was just not acceptable. Don’t fall for this companies deceitful advertising.

Of course, the above review does not look good. As a result of this we decided to do some investigations. We discovered the following red flags in the process;

Drawbacks and Complaints of Vasseria Moisturizing Cream

Deceptive Advertising

Vasseria moisturizer is been sold with a lot of deception. First of all, the trial-sample is allegedly sold for $19.99. However, when you make an order you’d charged more than that. Reports on Facebook show that customers received 3 unauthorized debits from their bank account after ordering from the company. All totaling to $200.

see what Christy has to say –

They charged me over $100 & then another $100 & I’m not even sure what they charged me for! The charges were from 4 different places, not just one. The containers are tiny, not even worth 50 cents and they charged me over $200 for it?!?!?! Then when I called customer service, they only offered me $40.00 for one product and $40.00 for another. They gave me the web address that I supposedly ordered it from and it wasn’t even a working web page! I called back and talked to another person and she gave me another address that was also not working! SCAM SCAM SCAM! All they want is your hard earned money.

Shady Return Policy

Vasseria.com claims it offers a 14 day return policy, but this is untrue. When you request for a refund, they’ll offer to refund you first $40, then $60, which is totally unfair.

Does Not Moisturize The Skin

The product itself does not work, it is a thick slob of cream that hardly penetrates the skin. Moreover, some customers reacted to it, due to its harsh ingredients. Major reactions reported include; eczema flare up, rashes, etc.

Not Approved by FDA

Vasseria moisturizing face cream is not approved by The Food and Drug Administration. On the website is the Caveat ‘These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease

Interesting!

The manufacturers of this moisturizer are simply saying the product hasn’t been tested by the right organizations. So, you might likely see no results. They’ve buttressed this point by also saying; Results in the Testimonials may not be typical and your results may vary. Not all people will obtain the same results.

This reminds me of another cream with lots of complaints from readers. Same promotional junk, same caveat, no results.

Conclusion

From all indications, Vasseria Moisturizer is not a legitimate cosmetic product, it is not approved by FDA. Meanwhile, the company behind the moisturizing cream engages in fake advertising, unauthorized debit alerts, and have a shady return policy. As a result of this, we do not recommend Vasseria moisturizer.

Meanwhile, please share your experiences in the comment section.

  1. I saw their ad on Instagram, was offered a product for free trial with $4.99 Shipping, then after they got my credit card. They said other customers also purchased the night cream. I couldn’t get past the screen, without saying continue, so I ordered two products. I was charged the $4.99 and then $19.99. I received two tiny bottles a few days later, but then saw a 3rd charge for $19.99 appear on my debit card. then a 4th charge for $98.77. All four charges were from different companies, 3 in Arizona and 1 in MN. I call one of the phone numbers on the 3rd charge and asked for them to stop charging me. They said I had a subscription. That If I wanted my money back. I had to return the unopened products at my expense and then pay a $9.95 restocking fee. I said no way and called my Bank and disputed the two later charges. I had to block my card to stop any further charges. I haven’t tried the cream. I was not happy with there Billing, I was led to believe that I was getting a free 30 day trial. was not the case. Scam Scam Scam

  2. Am I the only person who never received the serum? I made an order on March 1, 2022. I received 2 moisturizer samples, 1 night cream sample a -aloe gel – and -under eye sample. I sent the company an email that I didn’t receive the serum. It’s all about the serum, right? Today is April 16, 2022. I called the company, to dispute the $110.00 charge on my credit card, because I have yet to receive the serum. Tyler, the representative I spoke to was nice enough. He gave me a USPS tracking number0on and told me it was for the shipment of the serum. I tracked it. Whatever it was … “it” was delivered. I still don’t have the serum. The company will not refund my money; and was happy to cancel my subscription.

  3. This company is a complete SCAM I ordered the product and hot two small bottles of under eye cream and moisturizer and was charged $19.99 they said that was the shipping cost. I received my products weeks later than I was told . I called this company numerous times and have emailed them to get a refund as they charged me an additional 104.85 they promised a refund for the $104.85 and I have never received anything. Also when you talk to them it just sounds suspicious like a scam company. I would not recommend getting this product to anyone as they will just rip off the next person BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!

  4. Don’t get caught in this trap!!! Ordered the tiny samples for only $4.99, the next thing I know, I’m charged $110.75 for these tiny samples and then $112.75 for a new tiny sampling of the moisturizing cream. No way to get my money back. I was told when I called to tell them that the cream wasn’t good for my face, was that I had 30 days to try it, then she changed it to 14 days, and then to 10 days. Her response when I told her she was giving me three answers was “doesn’t matter, you are past all three anyway. I’ll give you $40 for one of the products and you pay the remainder, and on the new one, you don’t have to send back (the one that cost $112.75), we will give you $40 back for that one. When I demanded a return on the last product because it was within the supposed 10, 14, 30 days, she relinquished and told me that I would have to comply with their return policy which may be made up after I ship this product back. When you order this free sample for only $4.99, you get caught in a web that is very difficult to get out of. Their website is: http://www.vasseria.com and their phone number is: 866-620-1886

  5. My mom ordered this product. It was for shipping 4.99 , but so far she has been charged 301.19. Had to go to the bank and cancel her card. She lives on a fixed income. The bank hasn’t been able to help. BuyBeware!

  6. I SAW VASSERIA AD ON FACEBOOK AND WAS INTERESTED IN ALL THEY SAID PRODUCT DOES. THEIR AD WAS $39.95 FOR ALL 4 PRODUCTS, DAY CREAM, NITE CREAM, ALOE, AND EYE SERUM AND A $4.95 SHIPPING CHARGE. THEY CANCELLED THE AUTO RENEW AFTER I CALLED AND STATED I WANTED TO RETURN ITEMS. THEY TOLD ME I WAS PAST THE FIVE DAY TRIAL TO CALL THEIR COMPANY FOR A RETURN AND NOT TO SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ACCEPT THEM. HOW COULD YOU SEE RESULTS IN ONLY FI VE DAYS AND THEN SEND BACK. IT TOOK SEVERAL DAYS TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, TEST FOR A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND RETURN WITHIN 30 DAYS? NOT REASONABLE. ANYWAY, I ENDED UP BEING CHARGED $39.95 FOR ONE PRODUCT AND $19.95 FOR ANOTHER, $19.95 FOR ONE MORE AND THE BIG TOPPER OF $97.89 FOR A CREAM. WHAT MISLEADING ADVERTISING AND FRAUDULENT FOR SURE! IN DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. ALSO, SEVERAL COMPANY NAMES WITH DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS AS STATED IN ANOTHER COMMENT. BUYER BEWARE!
