Trisha Yearwood Weight Loss Gummies Scam 2023: Don’t Fall For This!

Have you come across an Ad on social media that says Yearwood and her husband, Garth Brooks, endorsed keto weight loss gummies? Beware! It’s a scam, and pure sales tactic.

The scammers use misleading Ads and fake reviews to make people believe country music stars Trisha Yearwood and her husband, Garth Brooks, had endorsed apple cider vinegar (ACV) “belly-melt” keto weight loss gummies. The website claims ‘Trisha Launches First-Ever ‘Weight Loss Gummy’ in Partnership with Weight Watchers After Being Forced to Lose 60 LBS in Just Weeks’. But this is in fact fake, and if you fall for it you’ll end up losing your money not your weight.

Why It’s a Scam:

First of all, Trisha Yearwood has released a warning to her fans on Instagram, clearly stating that she has not sold or endorsed any products advertised as ‘Keto Gummies’.

Secondly, the Facebook and Instagram video ads which feature Yearwood and Brooks, was actually created with artificial intelligence (AI). The audio has been generated using AI. In reality, the couples never said any of such things being said in the video Ad.

So how were the scammers able to get the voice of Yearwood and Brooks?

They simply found raw sound clips of the pair speaking and fed those audio files into a voice-replication tool. That tool then gave the scammers the ability to make it sound like Yearwood and Brooks were saying whatever words the scammers typed. Now, this is very much unlike deepfake (another popular kind of AI scam)

Thirdly, lots of celebrities have been targets of this kind of scam. Earlier 2023,  Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, and Oprah Winfrey were advertised in conjunction with the fake diet gummies. These kinds of scams are literally everywhere right now.

Meanwhile, the secret behind Trisha Yearwood weight loss is her dietary changes, her regular fitness routine and exercise regimen. All these played a vital role in helping her achieve her goals and improve her overall well-being.

Would This Keto Gummies Help You Achieve Weight Loss?

Just as the marketing itself is dubious, these keto gummies are fad products that wouldn’t work. Lots of users end up frustrated and even gain extra weight after taking the weight loss gummies.

So No, it wouldn’t help you lose weight. As someone who has battled with weight gain and PCOS over the years, I know for certain that weight loss gummies, supplements, patches, and the rest do nothing for weight loss.

Better Alternatives To Weight Loss Keto Gummies

Cardio Exercises

Adding cardio to your routine is one of the most effective ways to quickly increase weight loss. For best results, try to fit in at least 20–40 minutes of cardio daily — or about 150–300 minutes per week. Walking, jogging, boxing, biking, and swimming are just a few forms of cardio that can boost weight loss fast.

Cut Down on Refined Carbs

Replace refined carbs like white bread, breakfast cereals, and heavily processed packaged foods with whole grain products like quinoa, oats, brown rice, and barley.

Monitor Your Calorie Intake

Counting calories can keep you accountable and increase your awareness of how your diet may impact your weight loss. In order to lose weight, you need to use more calories than you consume, either by decreasing your calorie intake or by increasing your daily physical activity.

Eat More of Fiber & Protein

Fiber is a nutrient that moves through your body undigested, helping to stabilize blood sugar, slow stomach emptying, and keep you feeling full longer. Meanwhile, increasing your intake of protein can help you lose weight by reducing your appetite and cutting your calorie consumption.

Final Thoughts

Do not fall for the Trisha Yearwood weight loss keto gummies circulating online. Though the ads and claims look convincing, it’s actually fake. Trisha Yearwood has not used or endorsed any of the gummies. Just like Lulutox, the apple cider vinegar (ACV) “belly-melt” keto weight loss gummies do not work for weight loss.
