I ordered a “free” swimsuit on April 20th and have yet to receive a tracking number, I emailed and they told me that things are taking a long time due to Covid-19. Wish they had been more honest about that.
same with me I got mine on April 30th. My friend got hers a couple days before and received a message saying her order is being packaged and mailed but I haven’t gotten one yet. I have a feeling I was scammed. Her sister in law got it the same day as me and is in the same boat. I did however get a message after purchase that is was processed and they will send me the tracking number when ready. I don’t trust it tho

i ordered a bathing suit from the brights 2020 collection in late april and i haven’t even gotten a tracking number yet. i also emailed them about two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten an email back.
i ordered in late april, it is now june 3rd and i am just now receiving tracking information. i’m a little skeptic but honestly don’t have high expectations just yet. we’ll see how it goes

I did not ever receive a tracking number, however I did receive my swimsuit in the mail about 3 weeks after ordering it.
where should i begin, after ordering one of their “free” bathing suits i was told that i would get my tracking information once my oder has been shipped, on the website it says that it takes 4-6 weeks to ship out. I have waited over 7 weeks and still no tracking information. Not only that, they don’t answer a single email I’ve sent and instagram DM. if you check their insta page they have all the posts with comments off and the one post that does have it on, has hundreds of complaints from other customers saying that the order hasn’t come or that it was the wrong size or order. AND on top of that they don’t do refunds. So if you are wondering if you should shop here. just DON’T save your money and go to another place.
This is absolutely a scam. My daughter ordered a suit on April 30 and it STILL has not been shipped. They send the same generic email reply every time I message them, and there is no phone number to call.
Definitely a scam! Ordered from sunny bunny two months ago and just today got the confirmation that my “free” swimsuit (only had to pay $15 shipping) had been shipped. A week ago my information had been stolen and all my money quickly left my account. I know it was from sunny bunny because I hadn’t purchased from any other websites and it never left my house. Don’t waste your time I was lucky enough to be able to get all my money back!
This company is a scam! Don’t shop here! I ordered 152$ in swimsuits- half arrived a month later, and half still have not arrived. They were huge and bad quality! It took four emails before they replied. They told me they wanted to see pictures of me IN THE BATHING SUITS before they would allow return. When I refused, three threatening emails later, they offered me $4. I said the full refund, and they offered me 5$. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
I ordered 2 items from Sunny Bunny on 6/12/20. I understand with The COVID-19 issues shipping has a delay but this is ridiculous. They are in Thousand Oaks and I am only a 30 minute drive. I could have drove to pick them up! I cant see over 30 days for the items to be received is unacceptable. I ordered something just 5 days ago from a person in Camarillo (city next to Thousand Oaks) and received it yesterday. There is no phone # to contact the company and emails do not get returned! I say this is a total scam!!!! Very disappointed…..
If you’re looking for a valid answer of if this site is legit, read this before ordering: I ordered 4 suits off of their website.. 2 of which never came and the 2 that did were TINY. I ordered a size Large in each suit and they are the equivalent of a kids small. Shipping took about 2 months for the suits i did receive and was not given a return label. I contacted their customer service several times and not once did i receive any assistance. Long story short, if a company offers “free product just pay shipping” it is 99% of the time a scam.
