Rovielle.com Reviews: Is Rovielle a Scam Watch Store or Legit? Find Out!

Rovielle.com is a suspicious website selling different kinds of wrist watch, but when customers make a purchase they receive an inferiorly made watch or nothing at all. Do you want to buy Rovielle Rotating Earth Mechanical Watch? Beware! Below are reasons why you should avoid Rovielle.com at all costs.

Suspicious Reasons Why You Should Not Shop From Rovielle.com

It is Owned by a Suspicious Company

Rovielle.com is owned and operated by Supic Company Limited whose reputation online is terrible. It is a shady company linked to many untrustworthy online stores. Reviews online show the company engages in bait and switch scam. In many cases, customers receive an entirely different and cheaper item compared to what they paid for.

Located in China

Rovielle is not physically based in London as claimed. Its parent company ‘Supic Company Limited’ is a Chinese company that uses a virtual London address to deceive buyers. In reality, Rovielle physical store and warehouse is in China, and that is where the wristwatches are made.

Shipping & Delivery Takes Weeks

Due to the location of the store, shipping and delivery takes weeks or even months. There’s also a likelihood of receiving damaged goods due to the long shipping time.

The Website Is Recently Created

According to the information on who.is ( a domain checker tool) Rovielle.com was created recently in June 2023 and expires June 2024. This is a sign of an easily disposable website, thus it is suspicious.

It Offers Ridiculous Discount & Sales Offer

Rovielle.com is selling items for too good to be true prices. The discount margin is too large and unrealistic even on a sale. What this store simply does is use the cheap price to lure buyers. In reality, no legit store can offer such discount even on Black Friday sales.

Rovielle.com Is Not on Social Media

The Store is not on any social media platform. This is suspicious as genuine online stores always have an active social media presence.

What Happens When You Shop From Rovielle.com?

This store operates the following way; It’ll debit you for the purchase, send you confirmation email and tracking details, but would send you a knock off watch that doesn’t look like what you ordered. When you request for a refund, you’d be told to ship it back to China with your own money, which is quite expensive.

Meanwhile, there’s also the possibility of having your credit card hacked. In this scenario, you either get debited for what you didn’t order or you get overcharged. Subsequently, you might receive unauthorized debit alerts.

Is Rovielle.com Scam?

Yes, Rovielle.com is a scam website that pretends to sell quality watches but delivers cheap knock off wristwatches that are faulty. It also does not grant refunds of whatever kind, but would insist customers send the item to China without a return label from Rovielle. So, customers get to pay the shipping cost.

Are You Safe If You Use PayPal To Make Purchase From Rovielle.com?

You’re not totally safe. These days, using PayPal does not guarantee a quick refund. Fraudulent stores like this one, exploit a major issue with PayPal’s system. You purchase the item, a few days later they find a tracking number that has shipped to your area (completely unrelated to you or your item) and then they post this tracking number into your PayPal transaction. PayPal sees this as a complete transaction and almost impossible to dispute.

What To Do If You’ve Already Shopped From Rovielle.com

The first thing you should do is; contact your bank or financial institution to cancel the transaction. If you do this quickly, you can get a chargeback immediately. However, in the case of completed transaction, you should file a dispute claim.

The second step you should take is updating your passwords. You should do this, if you used the same password on other websites or apps. You should also go an extra step of enabling two-factor authentication.

Thirdly, beware of any fraudulent email from this store. Do not click on any suspicious link in the email, as it could be a phishing email. Clicking on the link might install malware on your phone which could compromise your device’s security.
