What Is Restowipe All About?
Restowipe is a headlight restoration cloth that is sold on restowipe.com. This wipes allegedly helps you restore your car’s headlight in less than 2 minutes. How it works – uses the power of nanotechnology to provide a lasting UV clear coat to protect against further sun damage.
Sounds interesting right? But are these claims true? Lets find out!
Testing:
First of all, my package took 10 weeks to be delivered. This was after many back and forth between I and the company. When it finally did arrive from China (Yeah, China) It was just 1 pc of wet cloth w/ polish and white tissue with gloves in it.
Meanwhile, the wipes did not help. I could not tell the difference after a mechanic used both wipes. It was like cleaning with tissue, as dust was the only thing that went off. People told me toothpaste and a rag are the best and cheapest way to go.
Do Restowipes Really Restore Your Faded Headlights?
No, it does not. It was rated a poor 2.4 on Trustpilot. Majority of the complaints were on failed delivery, extra charges, poor customer support, etc.

The next email I got from them was to return the item once they get it they will refund, I asked how can I return if I never received the item and was told that’s my problem to deal with

Do not waste money and time.
Just 1 pc of wet cloth w/ polish and white tissue with golves in it. Hard work with hand, terrible result.

Is RestoWipe Headlight Restorer a Scam?
From all indications, it is a disguise scam. Aside not doing its job, the company behind Restowipe has a bad reputation online. Just like Restowipe, Its other product ‘Restofinisher‘ also do not work. Meanwhile, some customers didn’t receive their package even after paying postage fee.
Conclusion:
Restowipe is a headlight restorer sold at restowipe.com that does not really work. When applied on headlight, it only removed dust and not stains or scratches. My headlight wasn’t restored to brand new.
