Muama Enence Reviews 2022: Is It a Scam?

In case you’re thinking of ordering the Enence Instant Translator we advise you not to do so yet. A lot of things don’t add up about the product, the company, and the reviews online.

Read this genuine review to find out everything you need to know about this pocket translator.

Muama Enence – Is It Worth It?

Reviews online claim Enence Translator is the best pocket translator out there. The claims are backed with some so called positive costumer reviews on enence.com. However, when we did an investigation we discovered some flaws about the product.

This review exposes the cons of Enence Instant translator, and prepares you for the experience you’ll have when using Enence.

Below are things to consider before buying Enence Instant Language Translator;

Does Not Work Without Internet or Wifi

Muama Enence does not work without an internet connection, browsing data or Wi-Fi. What this means is that it has to be connected to the internet before you can use it. It is not an Offline translator as the Ads might have made you believe.

Their advertisement commercial shows using only the translator device, they do not tell you that you have to be in a Wi-Fi zone, and paired “connected” with your smartphone

Does Not Work Without a Mobile Phone

For you to use Enence, you need to download the MUAMA ENENCE app on your phone. You have to link your phone to the Translator. In reality, it is your phone that does the translation.

This totally negates the reason of having a translator. Muama Enence is just an outlet, an expensive microphone at best.

Hidden Fees

Apart from the money paid for the translator, you have to pay to be connected to the network. It is said is not going to be any charges but they ask for your credit card information and it is free for just 5 day. Want to cancel subscription? follow the instruction here

Shady Return Policy

Though the website enence.com offers a 30 days return policy, customers are not told that it’s not for free. The device has to be returned to the manufacturer in Lithuania not USA distributor. Cost of return is 15% deducted from purchase plus cost of shipping to Lithuania which exceeds total purchase price. Obviously this arrangement is to discourage returns.

Poor Customer Support

This is where the bone of contention lies. The customer support is total BS. The person named Jella S does not respond to emails and it’s a useless service if you have any problems. They will only answer if you are purchasing etc.

Muama Enence Vs. Google Translate

Muama Enence shares same similarity with Google Translate. Aside from the use of the microphone, the so called translator uses Internet connection, and feeds off data from your phone. It’s just a high budget Google Translator. Users have noticed that the translation is not often accurate, and the microphone isn’t up to standard.

Any language translator can be evaluated based on the following factors.

1. Context accuracy.

2. Mobility.

3. Noise handling.

4. Language supports.

5. Data support infrastructure, cloud or drive backup.

6. Re-configuration and intelligent accent handling.

7. Offline and online modes.

8. Ease of use.

9. Affordability and price competitiveness.

10. Customer reviews, feedback and support.

Based on the above factors it seems Enence translator is lacking in 1,5,7,9 and 10

Conclusion:

Just like its Portable Wi-Fi, this Translator has a lot of red flags that shouldn’t be ignored. Real customer reviews indicate that the device is not worth the price paid for. Have you bought Enence? What were your experiences? Please drop a comment!
