Yep I have just had exactly the same experience. They want me to send the tat back that they sent me to get a 70% refund on something I haven’t received for something I don’t want !
I ordered that indoor playground for my 2-year-old, and if received a little knock-off LEGO kit instead. When I sent them all the info on my order and told them it wasn’t what I had ordered, they told me that in order to get a refund, I would have to send the lego set back to China.
This is not okay. Do not order from them! I wish I would’ve done more research.
File a claim with the credit card or debit card you put the purchase on. They will work a claim up for this vendor.
Ordered 3 indoor playgrounds for My children, friends kids, and Nieces… unfortunately, we did not receive the indoor play ground, instead we received a Pizza Hut LEGO set. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MALZAHAR.Shop

This website is 100% a scam! I ordered the kids indoor gym and got a dollar store knock off lego set instead! I filed a report with PayPal and they offered me half of my money back…I said I wanted a full refund. They have now offered a full refund once the seller receives the item sent back. I am not going to pay out of pocket for these scammers to then turn around and say they didn’t receive it. Absolute scam, don’t go near them!!!!!
The site has disappeared. 2 months later, still no product.
They are now using the URL malzahar.top They are doing a lot of advertising on Facebook right now for a folding piano keyboard. On Amazon, the price for the same keyboard runs from $200 to $600, and always with a $100 shipping fee. Malzahar is advertising the same key board for $19.99.

I fell for it. I’m a music teacher and ordered the keyboard. I got a rolled up piece of poster paper that had piano keys on it. I have emailed back and forth asking for either the product I ordered or a complete refund and gotten no where. Thankfully I paid through PayPal and can continue my attempts to dispute this through them.
They used different names in order to keep scamming people. I ordered from a website called Filybuy. They sent me a plastic “thing” and in order to get a full refund I need to send the item to China. It’s gonna cost me more to sent the item, and I’m not sure I will get a refund anyway, to China that what the item really cost.
