The ’30-day free returns’ boldly written on luciedecor.com is a sham. All efforts to return orders have been futile. The store does not accept returns of whatsoever kind. The only way customers were able to get their money back was by contacting PayPal.
Stolen Art Designs
luciedecor.com has stolen the images of sculptures and works of legitimate artists. The real makers of those sculptures have not authorize LucieDecor to sell their sculptures.
In reality, some of the sculpture sells for about £1000. And they are quite large, not the tiny replica sent by these scammers.

I ordered a pillow with a cat April 17th. I tried to cancel my order but they told me the order is already processed. I replied if the order is processed it should be shipped. It takes 1-7 days to have the order shipped from their warehouse. The email reply is always by Anna Brown. I emailed them that they are a scam after I read your website. Thanks for the information

I have placed 3 orders with Lucie Decor and my sister has placed one. All were Kleo cats cushion covers. All orders arrived within a reasonable amount of time and are wonderful. I am glad I didn’t read comments before ordering!
