5 Reasons Why you Shouldn’t Shop from luciedecor.com
Fake Business Address
Lucie Decor has provide its business address as 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Centre. But in reality it isn’t located there.
Turned out the store is operating under a UK company ‘Ten Digital Limited’ which was dissolved back in 2008. Quite deceptive right?
Shady Comments & Reviews
This store has employed the services of Fake profiles for comments and reviews on their Facebook page, and on TrustPilot. If you’re observant you’d notice that the positive reviews on TrustPilot are from ‘Invited’ members, and are all 5 stars. Also, the comments on their Facebook posts are too good to be true.
On closer inspection, we noticed negative comments are quickly deleted and replaced with positive ones. This shows the store is not trustworthy.
Customers of Lucie Decor sent us mail sharing their experience with the store. Their complaints ranged from long delivery time, inferior quality of goods, and poor customer support.

Fake Money Back Guarantee
The ’30-day free returns’ boldly written on luciedecor.com is a sham. All efforts to return orders have been futile. The store does not accept returns of whatsoever kind. The only way customers were able to get their money back was by contacting PayPal.
Stolen Art Designs
luciedecor.com has stolen the images of sculptures and works of legitimate artists. The real makers of those sculptures have not authorize LucieDecor to sell their sculptures.
In reality, some of the sculpture sells for about £1000. And they are quite large, not the tiny replica sent by these scammers.
Early June, BBC did an article about the copyright theft here. Showing that hundreds of people have been scammed by fake websites claiming to sell these arts.
From all indications, luciedecor.com is not an authentic online store. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us.
Have you been scammed?- Do This
Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.
Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.
Yes, it is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-
How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can always return your items and get your money back.
