I ordered a nail clipper from them on 8/11/20!!! It asked if I wanted shipped to the same address as my billing address!!! I put in my Florida address to have it shipped there!!! When they gave me the customers information it had the addresses switched!!! In the matter of 2 hours I received 8 automated emails from them!!! I sent the information they wanted and they kept sending emails saying the same thing!!! After the 8th email they did not reply!!! I sent an email saying to cancel the order!!! Did not get a reply!!! I called my credit card company and asked to stop payment!!! They cannot do that!!! They gave me the telephone number of Kiwient and I called!!! A recording asked my name and said they would transfer me to someone!!! Well there wasn’t a someone!!! It said the couldn’t find the name I gave them, to leave a message and they would contact me!!! Nothing!!!
I sent one more email canceling my order at 2:20 pm and no reply!!!
I was on an app with advertisements on it and one came up with Kiwient selling a hose attachment and another ad selling flower suction phone holder!!! I went to their website and sent an email to them via their website!!! I told them to contact me before the end of the day on 8/12/20a!!! I said if they didn’t I will go to social media!!! I will go to my apps website and post this information so others won’t get scammed!!!

I ordered the bicycle storage clips from them and they are completely the wrong size. I have standard bikes, and I ordered their largest tire clips, which are so narrow that there’s no way a bicycle tire would fit into them. It definitely looks like a scam, because based on looking at the product, it was made in such a way that would not allow for flexibility to slip the tire into the clip. I sent emails to them and I continue to get automated responses that have nothing to do with my complaint.
I ordered a product over 10 business days ago. Their tracking link was bogus. I can not get them to respond. My credit card was debited the moment I ordered and an email said it had been shipped. No product and no way to track. Wished I had not dealt with them before I read the previous reviews.
I left a review yesterday saying that this company is a scam and they did not publish it. I still have not received merchandise and they have not returned my emails.
I ordered my tops on November 29-2022 and here it’s January 6,2023 and I still don’t have my tops I’ve only gotten email from them and that was the day I ordered them I have sent them emails now for 8 days and they have not responded
Well here it’s 51 days now still no shirts every time I check it says it’s being shipped
