My Experience Taking Inmit Daytime Intermittent Fasting Support Drink

I was looking to shed some of those extra pounds I gained recently, and I decided to give intermittent fasting a shot. Needed to stick to my fasting plan so I decided to give this drink a shot. Ordered it from their official website ‘inmit.com’ for 19 bucks and it arrived in about 5 days. My package even contained a fasting guide and a shaker, which was really nice.

Now, I’d read some reviews mentioning the size, so that wasn’t a surprise when it showed up in that little bag. When I have this mix, it can delay my morning coffee until 10 or 11 a.m., or sometimes I skip it altogether. It really gives me a nice energy boost and curbs my appetite. I follow a 16:8 but since starting using this product I’m able to get over 18 hours up to 22 without any hunger pangs , which is nice. I’ve also cut out a large coffee habit.

However, I don’t like the amount of fake sugar in it. A scoop of inmit fasting powder mixed in a glass of water is so darn sweet! Even if it’s fake sugar with no calories, you don’t need that sugar rush. I end up using only half of the scoop because a full scoop is just too much sweetness for me. Plus, I’ve heard fake sugar isn’t great for you, and this stuff just overdoes it.

Meanwhile, the product’s ingredients never stated it had Stevia sweetener in it but when the product arrived it stated it on the label of the product.

Walking, jogging, boxing, biking, and swimming are just a few forms of cardio that can boost weight loss fast.

There also quite a bit of fake sugar in the product, which isn’t ideal for health. Still, If I’m to rate this intermittent fasting support drink, I’ll give it a 6 over 10.

One Comment

  1. You need to do a little research. Stevia comes from a plant and is used in products to keep the carb count down. It is not fake sugar as sucralose or aspartame. It is a healthy sweetener.
