In as much as the well designed platform of this store would make you think they are the real deal, the truth however remains that some fraudulent online stores do pay huge money to have their ecommerce platform look standard and convincing. This is because they know what they stand to gain by looking topnotch.

During our in-depth investigation, we discovered the following cons of this Online Store.

Anonymous Lots

After a thorough background search on who the owner/owners of this store is, we came up with absolutely nothing. This alone is an indication that the people behind this online store don’t have genuine intentions. If they do, they wouldn’t be hiding their details from whois

Unbelievable Discounts

80% discount is indeed a put off, and is one of the first redflags we have about this platform. It is no news that this is how fraudulent online stores work. The discount is just a bait to draw unsuspecting customers, and make them believe they’re paying next to nothing for a great product.

Fake Product Review/Rating

The people behind this online store are smart lots, doing everything to win your trust. However, we caught them in their lie. In their trusted review section, there are multiple reviews from satisfied customers. However, when we ran Google search image on the images we discovered those picture were gotten from online and in no way belongs to satisfied customers.

Zero Customer Support

Apart from a shitty mail and an unresponsive live chat form on their contact us page. The people behind dog-lab.com don’t provide customer support. Infact, those who had purchased from this dog store has had a hard time contacting the admins. There is no listed address. This company claims to be located in America, but they don’t provide an address.

  1. dog-lab scammed me. I contacted the doglab blog by mistake and they told me to file a chargeback with my bank. When I did that, I got my money back through the bank. I advise that if you have been scammed, you do the same, contact your bank and file a chargeback.

  2. I was scammed by dog-lab. Thank goodness my bank caught it and called me. These people were trying to use my card at 3 different places. Please do not order anything from this fake website!! It definitely is a SCAM

  3. I tried to order 2 dog beds and my charge went to some limosine service and it was a re-occurring chage to boot. not even to dog-lab…my bank gave me back my money also..I did notice too that I had a order number but no tracking # to trace my delivery…Do Not use this site it is a scam..

  4. I was scammed by dog-lab.com. Made the order, they debited my account, and never sent the product. No answer to my request for information or tracking number. Contacted my bank and reported them as fraudulent. The debit on my account was for a “luxury car wash” in London, England. My bank didn’t even have to investigate that one. Who’s going to travel from the US to London during a pandemic to get a car wash…eh? Steer clear. If it looks to good to be true…

    1. The debit on my account was for a rental car company in Middlesex, UK. I can’t leave Indiana because of a pandemic yet I rented a car for $29.98 in England? Ugh. Scammed.

  5. I ordered two things from their site a few weeks ago, the money came out but came out from a different company name and is on automatic with drawl monthly, which I did not sign up for and now I have charges from other companies coming out that I did not authorize!

  6. I also placed an order with the SCAM company and never received tracking or a response to the numerous emails that I sent, The amt debited from my credit card was to a rental car place that was international.. SMH never again!! Will be making a claim with my bank ASAP!

  7. dog-lab.com is a scam website. If you purchase anything from them, you will never receive the product. Website advertises low prices so that you are tricked. They are based in China, I have contacted a lawyer in China to chase them. They use different company names on their credit card description so that you will lose time chasing the company that never charged you. They use car rental, limousine service, car wash as description. Actually these are not the companies that charged you. Scam dog-lab charges you but writes another company so that you will be confused. They are using Stripe as their payment gateway. You can contact Stripe to report them. I can not believe that Stripe still allows them to charge people.

  8. Dog-Lab is a complete scam!! I placed 2 orders and tried to email them and then contact them via the site included with my order details with no response. They charged my card twice and the charges are for car rental and another car service in Great Britain. They claimed to be in the US (in Michigan) which is a complete lie! Watch your bank statements and contact them immediately to get your money back.

  9. Total Scam. They took my 29.00 and nothing. site is closed. My husband is going to the bank. How do these people sleep? WTF

  10. I “purchased” a dog bed on February 20, 2020. To date I have not received it. I have e-mailed many times with no avail or refund.
