I ordered a Cricut Maker Bundle from them and they sent something, but I didn’t get it. So I tried to make a complaint about it through PayPal, but since they had some sort of delivery proof…I didn’t get a refund. I even tried to explain to them that I had not been able to contact them, and whatever they sent was supposedly delivered to my mailbox. Well, a Cricut Maker will never fit in my mailbox! I didn’t know that I could go back to my bank and request to have the charges reversed! I’ll have to check on that!
