I think the same thing just happened to me… Were you able to cancel your order with PayPal?
Yes, I dispute the transaction from PayPal otherwise I would dispute it with my bank. I emailed the seller with no response. Never got an order confirmation from the seller. One seller named Natasha dunwoody even sent a Usps label/tracking number which showed that item was delivered at my neighbors address as requested & that’s less than 24 hrs since I placed an order. could you believe when the label was actually created? It was on 9/07 when I placed my order on 9/16 . These people are psychic. They already have created a label before I even thought or knew this product. . Other seller named Oral Sezer. I wonder how many more names will they be able to create.
I, too, was taken for $99. I have disputed the charge with my credit card and will continue to fight this. I cannot believe I fell for this! Nowhere on the site does it tell you that your payment will be processed thru Paypal..not until your order is submitted. If I had seen that, I would have known it was not a legit company. Everything looks legit up to that point…all the FAQ’s about returning your order…NOT!!! BEWARE…there is no phone number to call this company and no way to cancel the order once it’s placed, and no way to follow-up on the order except for an email address that you never get a response from.
Oh, they send you a tracking number and of course, it shows it’s been delivered right to your door…but it was NEVER delivered.
Open a claim with the post office claiming item not received. Give them the tracking number. They will contact you and I am sure they will tell you the item was not addressed to you or delivered to you but was delivered to a different address in your town. Ask them to send you the USPS Tracking Intranet. This form will show all the tracking information. You can use a copy of this to prove to PayPal that the tracking information the seller supplies is bogus and proves you did not receive the item. I just went through the same thing with PayPal because I placed an order through Cricutmaker.shop. They kept denying me because of the tracking as they believed it was delivered. Once I proved the tracking number was not for me they finally refunded my money.
Check out the tracking number when the label was actually created & the date you placed your order. does it coincide? Mine don’t. I detected that it was a scam right away as soon as I placed my order without receiving an email confirmation from the seller.
I placed my order 9/16 but the label was created 9/7? ! ♀️

These ppl r definitely scammers. I emailed 3 times with no response. Never got ANY emails with ordering or shipping confirmations. They finally sent PayPal fedex tracking numbers which were actual tracking numbers with fedex. Just not being sent to me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! They will steal ur money.
