With online scams springing up every day, we have taken the responsibility of reviewing products, stores, websites etc for our reader’s financial safety.
This review exposes everything you need to know about the store called Blackstone Outlet, and why it is not a genuine store to shop from.
Blackstone-outlet.com- How Does This Website Work?
Blackstone-outlet.com is an online store that sells different kinds of Blackstone grills like Charcoal grill, wood pellet grill, Combo series, etc. BUT the price of these grills looks too good to be true.
Is this 80% discount promo real or a bait? is this store a legit Blackstone website? Lets Find out!
5 Reasons Why We Blacklisted blackstone-outlet.com
Blackstone-outlet.com has been flagged as fraudulent because it has copied the website design, logo, and brand of the original Blackstone Grill website which is located at blackstoneproducts.com
Known as Copyright infringement, Blackstone-Outlet is committing a crime, as the action is illegal. It has not been authorized by Blackstone Company to use the brand name and website design.
A look at the items offered by this store showed they are all on discount. $98.00 on all items is -read my lips – IMPOSSIBLE! Like for real, it is ridiculously cheap! You can not buy those grills for such cheap prices in any known store. Season sales or not.
Like the saying ‘If it is too good to be true it certainly isn’t true’ this is same with this online store.
Customer support for this website has an extremely low score. Customers can only contact the store using the Contact Us form on the contact us page. It is not surprising though. One of the traits of fraudulent websites is the lack of contact information.
This shopping site does not make provision for customer reviews. When a buyer shops from this store, there is no option to rate the experience or drop a review.
Also, no reliable source online has documented BlackStone-Outlet.com customer reviews.
Blackstone-outlet.com has protected its website with SSL encryption but there are no trusted seals vouching for its authenticity. The security badges from VISA, PayPal, STRIFE, and MasterCard are all fake. They are copied images with no link to the authorized page.
The website is just 12 days old. The domain was registered on the 8th of June 2021. The owner(s) of this website has hidden the website details and information from online users. This is because they don’t want people to know where they are located, and their contact details.
Blackstone-outlet.com is a fake Blackstone website. It has a poor trust score, and as such not recommended by us. Customers who shop from this store would either receive a different cheap item or nothing.
Unreliable websites like this are not safe to shop from. This is because shopping from this store expose buyers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees.
If you you been ripped off by this store you should make a complaint to your bank and request for a chargeback immediately. It is also important that you change your credit card info or get another credit card.
It is true that online shopping has made life easier, however when ordering things online check out the following-
How old is the website? Does it provide return address? Are there customer reviews online? Do the social media icons work?
Always remember you can get the items from trusted sellers on Amazon, like the ones provided above. One of the advantages of shopping from amazon is the return policy. You can always return your items and get your money back if you are not satisfied with your order.

Thank you for sharing this information! I literally found that web site and decided to make sure it was legit before I bought anything.
Sadly, your intuition seems accurate! My son ordered a griddle and paid via paypal; when he opened a dispute, he was sent a tracking number for a 4 ounce package delivered to another address! Paypal was happy with that and closed the case. So we’re still dealing with getting the refund!
That’s what I received. I order the labor day special from the outlet store and got a stupid envelope within an envelope with a button it in. Paypay closed the case since they showed something was delivered. Waiting for them to open so I can appeal it since it looks like an obvious scam
The exact same thing happened to me! Buyer beware, I guess!
I ordered and noticed in the immediate receipt the funds went to an individual and not Blackstone. I immediately called Barclay’s (credit card bank) and they would not reverse the transaction saying I had to wait for the next billing cycle. Then if I had not received the product I could file a complaint. I waited, I filed. I submitted all proof documents within time frame including U S Postal Service tracking showing that tracking number was sent to another address. That was in July. Now Barclay’s sent a letter saying my claim is beyond their time frame for dispute. The banks allow this fraud to continue!
If you ordered and paid through PayPal. I filed a dispute with PayPal, the “vendor” then provided a tracking number, so PayPal closed my dispute. I proceeded to take the provided tracking number and investigate with the postal service. They responded quickly telling me the street address it was actually shipped to. I appealed my closed case with PayPal. Once I provided an email from USPS showing the address it was addressed to (clearly NOT my address) and delivered to, they opened my dispute again and closed it in my favor. They are refunding my $75. Don’t give up, it took some persistence but you can get refunded.
I ordered one but have not received should I get in touch with my bank.surly there is someone we can talk to

I like the valuable information you provide in your articles.
I will bookmark your blog and take a look at again right here frequently.
I’m reasonably certain I’ll be informed lots of
new stuff proper here! Good luck for the following!
Looks like I fell for it. I got suspicious when I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation e-mail for my order…..plus when I tried to send a note requesting confirmation the individual in in the website contacts had a “g-mail” account….not a Blackstone. The e-mail came back as undeliverable.
I got on the line with my credit card carrier and explained what happened. I was told that they couldn’t do anything with the charge until it was confirmed that I wouldn’t receive anything.
I said that I was more concerned with the site now having my card information. They activated all available alerts in my card profile so that I’m informed of any charges that could be made and I can change the card for a new one.
How is it that this site hasn’t been raided and shut down by the authorities?
