My Experience Buying From Beachsissi

I ordered 2 swimsuits in July, But when it arrived after 3 weeks, it was not the quality I expected. So, I decided to return it.

But to send it back, I have to ship it all the way to China, and guess who’s paying for that? me, Trying to get them to reply about a return label is like talking to a wall. Nothing. I even tried explaining my situation, showed them proof that I got the dress two hours before flying overseas, and it didn’t fit. But nope, they won’t let me swap it for a bigger size when I get back.

It is an unreliable website; I did get a couple of the right items but they were super cheaply made. Returns are impossible requiring you to send to China and they only offer small percentage(15%) of what you paid and it costs over $50 to return.

The WORST company. Online sizing guide is completely inconsistent with their poorly made products. Additionally, their returns policy is deceptive. All returns must be made to China. At $50++ per package, this is completely cost prohibitive. Although a clear violation of our FTC policies, your method of online payment likely won’t reimburse you to keep Beachissi as a customer.

The products were poorly made and overpriced. The item is nothing like the photos, poorly made, disproportionate. The quality of the product i bought was a total disappointment.

Terrible Return Policies

You try to return it, shoot them emails for a return label, but it’s like talking to a wall. You will have to ship it back, pay for tracking yourself. They won’t refund until they lay hands on it. I was within the SHORT 15 window to return but return address is Shanghai and they require tracking. Too expensive to bother to return.

Chinese Made Products

The products are made in China, I tried emailing the Chinese postal, customs, etc and the emails keep getting a bounce back. I was advised that you probably will not receive a reply and if you do not speak mandarin well definitely will not receive a reply.

Delay In Shipping

The shipping time usually takes longer than the 15days written on their website. In my experience I had to wait more than 3 weeks to receive the package.

Currency Bait And Switch

Lists in your country’s currency then sneakily switches to US dollars at check-out. Using unrealistic exchange rate and I would have received bank exchange fees on top at the other end.
