Evig LLC, the company behind it, is facing a class action lawsuit over claims that they’ve been making false and deceptive statements about the health benefits of their supplements.

Apparently, Balance of Nature has been marketing its fruit and vegetable dietary supplements since way back in 1997. But in 2019, things took a turn when the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued a warning letter to them. It was all about the claims they were making about their products being useful for treating various ailments and diseases.

How Much Is The Settlement

There is no settlement amount for now.

According to the Balance of Nature lawsuit, their supplements are sold for $89.95 for a one-time purchase. But if you sign up for their membership, it’s $69.95 plus a one-time member fee of $24.95, and you agree to buy them every 28 days. The lawsuit claims that works out to about $2.33 a day for what they call a “trivial amount of nutritional benefit.”
