Vivori.co Reviews 2023: Is Vivori Jewels a Scam Jewelry Store or Legit?

Vivori Jewels online store which is located at Vivori.co is selling jewelries like rings, pendants, bracelets, etc. The store has been operating since October 2022, and has a wide collection of jewelries which caught my eyes.

My Experience With Vivori Jewels

A TikTok fan posted a pair of cute dangling earrings she ordered from vivori.co, curious I decided to buy a necklace for my sister from there. I found one I like, the ‘Stella Herringbone Chain’. My order arrived on time with a little box.

However, I wish the box was a little bit nicer so I could leave it in the box and give it to her. I think I will switch the box for something more nice but the necklace is amazing. It is so simple but yet really pretty and the weight of it is perfect; it doesn’t feel super light like cheap it feels a little bit heavier but not too heavy.

I tried it on and I did not want to take it off, because it really looked beautiful. It does not fit like a choker it hangs a tiny bit. I had to order one for myself as well I couldn’t help it

Things You Should Know Before Shopping From Vivori.co

First of all, there’s confusion online about Vivori Jewels vs Viviori Jewelry (viviorijewelry.com). Vivori jewels was formerly known as Viviori Jewelry. Same jewelry store, same 70% off sales. The website viviorijewelry.com was shut down when there were a lot of negative reviews online about the brand. .

Secondly, the store does not provide its business address or warehouse address. However on Vivori.co FAQ page, they mentioned they are an American company located in New Jersey in the USA. As a customer, the only way to find out if Vivori Jewels is really located in USA is when you place your order. While this doesn’t make the online store bad, it’s actually something to be looked into. Heck, I want to know where my order is coming from.

Thirdly, there’s been a couple of discount codes flying here and there on TikTok, allegedly from an ex employee. According to the post on TikTok, the jewelry is free, you only need to pay for shipping. Sounds interesting right? However, I’m pretty much skeptical of free items. In fact, I’ve been burnt a couple of times (see my review of I Spy free jewelry here)

However, the company reached out to us telling us they are not aware of the discount codes circling social media platforms. They also said they’ll internally be handling the circulation of these discount codes.

Thirdly, there’s no phone number available on the store. The only means with which customers can reach the store is via the email address ‘[email protected]..’ or on their Facebook page here.

Is Vivori.co a Scam?

Vivori Jewels is not a scam, however the store has a couple of drawbacks that should be looked into. The absence of contact address, and telephone number is quite worrying.

Conclusion:

Vivori Jewels which is located at vivori.co is not a scam jewelry store. If you’ve stumbled on any discount code on social media treat it with caution as it might be coming from the company or not.
