iPhone Scam: Beware Of This Fake Message

Have you received a message claiming you have an international parcel of IPhone xs and will be delivered via DHL within 3 days? Please don’t attempt to call the number.

 The message from stating that you have an international parcel of IPhone xs and will be delivered via DHL within 3 days, and you must confirm your addresses and you’ll only pay for shipping of R25.

So far we have received the fake messages from the following telephone numbers:

  • 44 7380 794781
  • 447380794771
  • 09095569789
  • 09095569785
  • 09095569788
  • 09095560001

You shouldn’t click on the link or call the number! It’s very dangerous, you might lose your personal information by clicking on such links from random text.

It is likely a scam, because lots of people got such messages at the same time.

What Should You Do If You Receive Messages Like This

No matter how convincing it make sound, we advise you not to call the number or click the link, or attempt to send a message to the number. This is because once you do so, they would find a way to convince you to send money or your personal information.
