No, Renew Hair X Did Not Grow My Hair – Honest Review

Do you suffer from hair loss or want a fuller beard? Looking to buy Renew Hair X Minoxi roll-on hair treatment? Then this review is for you. I also came across this hair product and decided to give it a try.

In this review, I share my experience using this hair product for 4 weeks, it’s pros, cons and help you make a uniformed decision.

As Winter approaches, there has been an influx of hair care products on the internet. First it was Mane, then the Viral Vegan Oil, and now there’s Renew Hair X. The question however is; does it really work or is it another big fail meant to scam buyers?

Overview Of Renew Hair X

The Renew Hair X is a hair treatment for hair loss that comes in a minoxi roll-on bottle. It is said to promote hair development, regrow hair and beard, and restore vitality for thicker denser hair within 2 – 4 weeks.

Ingredients

RenewHairX has three main ingredients

  • Minoxidil – helps increase the size of hair follicles, which promotes the growth of thicker, stronger hairs.
  • GlycerinThis enhances the arteries’ capacity to provide the hair follicles with nourishment and oxygen. It also aids in expanding hair follicles, which encourages the development of thicker, stronger hair.
  • Biotin  Stimulate hair growth (hair loss). Studies have shown that biotin-containing hair serums dramatically increase hair growth in humans.

Plus other ingredients which are not listed on the package. However the website list them as coconut oil, shea butter, and licorice extract.

Renew Hair X Reviews: My Experience Using This Roll-On Treatment for Hair Growth

I ordered two bottles from renewhairx.com, and it arrived in 8 days. I’ve been using it as per the instructions on the bottle, and I’m not done with my first bottle yet, but I’ve already noticed some cool changes.

First off, my hair seems to be falling out less, which is a big win for me. It is my third week of use and my hair looks thicker and healthier overall, however I am yet to see any new growth in my receding hairline. My before and after pictures don’t have any significant difference.

For a formula that is a bit pricier than regular hair serums you find out there, I expected to see some changes in at least two weeks. Even the website says to expect result in 2-4 weeks.

Is Renew Hair X a Scam?

It’s not really a scam perse, however it does not really work as advertised. While I saw some positive results ‘less hair fall in the shower’, there’s no difference in my before and after photos. My receding hair line still looks the way it does, no new growth. However, I noticed some shady things about the website selling this product.

Why I’ll Not Buy Renew Hair X Again

It Is Not a Unique Product

The product website claims Scientist are calling it an ultimate cure for hair loss, THIS IS FALSE. RenewHair-X is not a recent invention. It actually goes by another name ‘Strengthening Roll-On Hair Treatment” and it is available on Amazon, Ebay, etc. The person behind renewhairx.com is simply dropshipping the product with a new name.

Extremely Overpriced

On renewhairx.com, a bottle of the roll-on hair treatment is sold for $69, 2 bottles for $59 each, 3 bottles for $52 each and 5 bottles for $39 each. BUT on ebay, this exact Renew Hair X is listed for $6!. The price margin is too high. It is even available for lesser price on Amazon

Renew Hair X

Displays Fake Approval & Certification

Renewhairx.com claims they have full certification from FDA, CE, CB, RoHS, LFGB, FC and UK CA. This is FALSE! They are not approved by any of the licensing bodies mentioned. For example, there are only two Approved medical treatments for hair loss by FDA, they are Rogaine (minoxidil), and Propecia (finasteride).

Fake Customer Reviews

The reviews on renewhairx.com are not from real users of the product. First of all, reverse image search below shows that the images have been used by lots of hair brands. For example, the Before and After picture of ‘Jay Miles, 35, was gotten from a hair transplant website.

Fake Before and After Picture

Secondly, the reviews mention a different product ‘Re act’. This proves the reviews are for another product and not RenewHair-X.

How To Use Renew Hair X Effectively for Better Results

  1. The first thing you should do is Wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo and dry hair completely.
  2. Then roll the applicator bottle directly onto thinning spots or balding areas, parting hair for direct contact with the scalp.
  3. Gently massage the liquid into the scalp with fingertips to aid absorption.
  4. Do not rinse out.
  5. Use twice per day, morning and night, for a minimum of 2-4 months for noticeable results.
  6. For continued benefits, the company recommends using Renew Hair X indefinitely as part of your hair care routine.

Side Effects of Using Renew Hair X

Though I didn’t have any side effects, you could if you have a pretty sensitive scalp. You might have some allergic reaction to ingredients like aloe or fragrances, which can lead to itching or flakiness. Other side effects include greasy-looking hair or oiliness, and dandruff.

To be on the safer side, do a patch test on your arm before using on your scalp. If your skin flares up or becomes red, discontinue. If you also notice any side effects when using on your hair, discontinue use immediately.

Alternatives to Renew Hair X Minoxi Roll-on Hair Treatment

As a lover of natural hair products, I’ve had some success with the following products;

  • Majestic Pure Rosemary Oil – Powerful aromatherapy oil applied directly for natural stimulation. Much cheaper to use on its own or mixed in favorite shampoo/serum.
  • Jamaican Black Castor Oil – Time-tested remedy worth a try before spending big on a serum. Works as both treatment and styler with moisture-rich fatty acids.
  • PhytoWorx Hair Serum – Similar formula using plant-derived nutrients, costs half as much without questionable additives. Good option for thinning hair.

Where To Buy Renew Hair X

Renew Hair X is only available for sale on its official website ‘renewhairx.com’. This doesn’t really make sense. A single bottle costs $69. However, you pay lesser when you order more than one bottle.

  • 2 bottles for $59 each
  • 3 bottles for $52 each
  • 5 bottles for $39 each

Though the company recommends a 5 month supply of 5 bottles, I think starting with less is better, then order more when you start seeing results.

Conclusion

Renew Hair X claims to  accelerates hair growth and stop hair loss. During the 3 weeks I’ve used this product, I noticed less hair fall in the shower, also when I brush my hair. Still, I’m yet to see any significant difference in my receding hair line, my before and now pictures look the same.
