Ugh!! Got totally duped by pelican-outdoors.us… actively trying to get my money back though pay pal but the scammers were able to show delivered on my usps so I’m taking next steps…sooo frustrating
Dealing with this now… What was the seller’s PayPal name? Curious if it’s the same. Have you tried contacting PayPal, assuming it processed as a PayPal charge (mine did). I filed a dispute that was now declined of course. My bank was less than concerned.
I was dumb and didn’t do my research before making a purchase. Immediately after, I looked some things up and decided this was a bad decision. Contacted PayPal. They couldn’t stop charges because they already went thru. They were able to file a dispute and gave them 4 days to reply. The company failed to reply to PayPal so the case was closed in my favor so I will be getting my charges reversed. Very happy that I caught it so early, but disappointed that I fell for it.

Yes pelican outdoor is a scam. Even contacted PayPal and they said my claim was denied that they received a tracking number. Funny no kayak was delivered to my residence, so I put PayPal in the same category as pelican outdoor. Do not purchase anything from pelican outdoor
Had an issue with this company stating that merchandise was received when none existed. Paypal was slow but did get my money back.
