Super Cheap Prices
From my experiences shopping online, extreme low price is a major turn off as it is a redflag that cannot be ignored. Nintendospeed.com is selling its Nintendo gadgets and accessories for discount, could this be real or scam?
I always use Amazon as a yardstick to measure if the price of an item is too good to be true. From the trusted Amazon sellers below, you can see that the price gap is too wide. If a known platform with years of operating is selling these items for these prices, why is Nintendospeed.com offering theirs for such huge discount?
No Customer Support
The major problem I have with this store is that it has not bothered to provide an available means of contact. At the top of the page, is a phone number with a label ‘Call Us’
However, when I tried calling the number, it wasn’t reachable. On further investigations, I realized that the exact phone number has been used by other suspicious online stores.
This is quite suspicious! Why provide a phone number that is not reachable?
What about providing an email or address?
No Social Media Links
Another reason why I’m skeptical of this online store is that the social media buttons are just for fancy. They don’t lead to any official social media page.
In fact, the Facebook button leads to a Facebook group for Shopify sellers. This shows that the people behind the store are not genuine.

Nintendospeed.com is a fake store posing as a Nintendo store. This store has stolen the official Logo and website design of the official Nintendo store. According to Who.is, this website was registered on January 2021, so it hasn’t been working for a long time.
It uses huge discount to entice customers, but in the end there’s a possibility you wouldn’t receive what you ordered.
Fortunately, I was able to see the exact Nintendo controller I want on Amazon. I’ve provided links of trusted Amazon sellers! Always shop from trustworthy stores.

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.
