It doesn’t look so, folks. Though the website is designed with a user friendly interface, it doesn’t make it a safe site to shop from. A lot of fraudulent websites make their website look standard in order to convince buyers into thinking they’re legit. This is the case with morelegant.com.
‘Morelegant.com’ otherwise known as morelegant or morelegant com is a suspicious online store claiming to sell fashionable women clothes like dresses, tops, spring dresses etc. for ridiculous cheap prices. See the drawbacks of this website below –

Suspicious Company
Morelegant creates the impression that its physical store or warehouse is located in England. But, this is not so. The Company address is a virtual one that is used to gain buyers trust.
In reality, it operates from China, the website was registered in a state in China ‘Anhui’. This means shipping & delivery would take weeks, or months even. On the other hand, its company ‘Primtech Limited’ has a coupe of online store that is known for bait and switch scam.
Lacks Originality:
The clothes on Morelegant are not originally theirs. How? When you take a look at the models you’d notice their faces have been cropped out. This is common with stores that stole images online. They crop out the faces so they’d not be sued for copyright infringement.
What does this mean for you? Simply put; you wouldn’t receive the exact clothes but cheap imitation. In most cases, polyester would be sold as cotton.
No Social Media Presence:
There is no social media icon provided on morelegant.com website. This is a red flag. It is suspicious that in this era of social media marketing that morelegant com does not have social media presence.
Security Measures:
Morelegant.com isn’t risk-free, it isn’t secured with McAfee or Norton. The website is vulnerable to hackers who can tamper with customer’s personal and financial data. As a result of this, your credit card isn’t safe on the website.

The dress that I ordered took 6 weeks to receive. The dress pictured in the advertisement was totally different than the one I received. The return policy on their website states that if the company fails to send the correct item, there will be a full refund plus shipping. The company asked me to keep the incorrect item and receive a 10% refund. Totally unacceptable.

Very sorry website! an overlay on the front, very dressy. The one I received was like a cotton house dress or gown.
When they finally answered my email, (third one) I was given the option to keep the item and receive a 10 per cent refund or coupons for 40 per cent off next order. I replied that neither was acceptable. Then they offered 30 per cent refund . They did not recommend returning the item because it would cost me $30-$40 . Very sorry website!!
I was very dissatisfied with the “elegant looking” dress I ordered. It looked like something they stamped on cheap fabric. They first told me they’d give me 10% and 40% off another one. When I said no, they said it would be too expensive to send it back. I told them it was shipped from the United States and they said I’d have to send it to China. When I told them I’d contest it with PayPal they said they’d send me another dress. We’ll see. I bought 3 other dresses for my daughters before I got mine sent and 2 of them were good. One was ok.
Sketchy company
I too had same experience with this company. Dress was horrible and looked nothing like the picture. Small was like an Xtra Large and very low quality. Tried to get a refund but they said I had to return to address in China but it was sent from address in NJ:

I ordered 2 dresses irecieved 2 dresses but they were not the ones I ordered they look like something from someone that hand made them poor quality liwant to send them back I wouldn’t wear them to a dog fight
Definitely a scam site, product shipped is nothing like the ads they put out. Do not order from any company that you haven’t checked out. Dresses were horrible. Sent them back, certified receipt, Chen Wei signed for them, now they say they didn’t receive them, but to send them back to Zhejiang, China.
