Do you want to buy Minoxi Roll On Hair Treatment serum? Are you searching for reviews to know if this hair product works? Could it be a scam? Here’s my honest reviews.

Lately, there has has been an influx of hair care products on the internet. First it was Mane, then the Viral Vegan Oil, and now there’s Minoxi Roll On. The question however is; does it really work or is it another big fail meant to scam buyers?

In this review, I share my experience using Minoxi Roll On, its pros, cons, side effects (if there are any) and what you should expect when you buy this hair product.

Overview Of Minoxi Roll On

The Minoxi Roll On is a hair treatment for hair loss that comes in a roll-on bottle. It is said to make hair thick and smooth, protect scalp health, promote hair development 10 times faster, and restore vitality for hair that appears thicker and heavier. Users are expected to see results between 2 – 4 weeks.

Ingredients

Minoxi Roll On has three main ingredients

  • Minoxidil – helps increase the size of hair follicles, which promotes the growth of thicker, stronger hairs.
  • GlycerinThis enhances the arteries’ capacity to provide the hair follicles with nourishment and oxygen. It also aids in expanding hair follicles, which encourages the development of thicker, stronger hair.
  • Biotin  Stimulate hair growth (hair loss). Studies have shown that biotin-containing hair serums dramatically increase hair growth in humans.

Plus other ingredients which are not listed on the package. However numerous websites list them as coconut oil, shea butter, and licorice extract.

Minoxi Roll On Reviews: My Experience Using This Hair Treatment for Hair Growth

I ordered five bottles for $15 from ebay, and it arrived in 8 days. I’ve been using it as per the instructions on the bottle, and I’m not done with my first bottle yet, but I’ve already noticed a change in my hair’s texture.

First off, my hair seems to be falling out less, which is a big win for me. However, it is my third week of use and I am yet to see any new growth in my receding hairline. My before and after pictures don’t have any significant difference.

I expected to see some changes in at least two weeks. Even the website says to expect result in 2-4 weeks.

Is Minoxi Roll On Hair Treatment a Scam?

It’s not really a scam perse, however it does not really work as advertised. While I saw some positive results ‘less hair fall in the shower’, there’s no difference in my before and after photos. My receding hair line still looks the way it does, no new growth.

  • I noticed my hair falling out less.
  • It is easy to use and fit into current routine
  • Can be used on beards too

Cons: What I Don’t Like About The Minoxi Roll On Hair Treatment

  • There’s no new growth in my receding hair line
  • All the ingredients are not listed so one can’t know if it contains allergic ingredients
  • It might not work for everyone

How To Use Minoxi Roll On Effectively for Better Results

  1. The first thing you should do is Wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo and dry hair completely.
  2. Then roll the applicator bottle directly onto thinning spots or balding areas, parting hair for direct contact with the scalp.
  3. Gently massage the liquid into the scalp with fingertips to aid absorption.
  4. Do not rinse out.
  5. Use twice per day, morning and night, for a minimum of 2-4 months for noticeable results.
  6. For continued benefits, the company recommends using Renew Hair X indefinitely as part of your hair care routine.

Side Effects of Using Minoxi Roll On

Though I didn’t have any side effects, you could if you have a pretty sensitive scalp. You might have some allergic reaction to ingredients like aloe or fragrances, which can lead to itching or flakiness. Other side effects include greasy-looking hair or oiliness, and dandruff.

To be on the safer side, do a patch test on your arm before using on your scalp. If your skin flares up or becomes red, discontinue. If you also notice any side effects when using on your hair, discontinue use immediately.

Alternatives to Minoxi Roll-on Hair Treatment

As a lover of natural hair products, I’ve had some success with the following products;

  • Majestic Pure Rosemary Oil – Powerful aromatherapy oil applied directly for natural stimulation. Much cheaper to use on its own or mixed in favorite shampoo/serum.
  • Jamaican Black Castor Oil – Time-tested remedy worth a try before spending big on a serum. Works as both treatment and styler with moisture-rich fatty acids.
  • PhytoWorx Hair Serum – Similar formula using plant-derived nutrients, costs half as much without questionable additives. Good option for thinning hair.
