In this review, i’ll share my experience participating in this weight lose program and help you make an informed decision.

Overview Of Metabolic Renewal

So Metabolic Renewal by Dr Jada Teta is weight loss program that claims to help you lose weight by using your hormones. It works this way, you take a short quiz online, get personalized advice on food and exercise, and your hormones work with you to shed pounds. People have different hormone types. If you’re Type 2, you need different weight loss advice than Type 1 or a type 5, 6.

My Experience Using Metabolic Renewal

I have read through some of the posts on Reddit here and I have to agree that the products and the workouts are really good. My order from Amazon arrived in 3 days.

I got a sales call. Introduced as my Fitness Coach, asking questions and telling me he formulated a specific plan for me. This is essentially high intensity intervals and cutting out processed, refined carbs and sugars. This guy’s assertion that this is some magical formula based on hormones is scientifically unfounded.

Fast forward to three weeks later i did, The diet seems to be working but if you have any questions you better figure them out by yourself!!!! I went on the site to try the “chat” they ignored me. I emailed about twenty times, they ignored me. Finally someone said they got my emails & would get back- they never did. If you try to reset your password & they “email you a link”-forget it you can try over and over but they wont email you anything.

Pros: What I Like About It

  1. The program helped me to diet
  2. Helped to curb my craving

Cons: What I Don’t Like About It

  1. The program is over priced
  2. They have a terrific customer service
  3. Didn’t help me lose weight

Is Metabolic Renewal A Scam?

It is not a scam, however it’s not approved by FDA and there is no scientific evidence to support that this weight plan works. Besides there have been some reports of issues with unauthorized charges and refunds. A customer report from Trustpilot said:

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM. I looked at one of these videos but soon realised it was a massive scam up-selling product on product. They prey on your emotions and weaknesses. Very clever. I stopped watching the ridiculously long videos only to find they had taken $40 from my bank account without me EVER HAVING AUTHORISED PAYMENT. I emailed demanding a refund. They stalled and tried to get me to call their refunds team the day after. I threatened legal action and told them they had committed fraud. The money was miraculously refunded immediately. What a gross waste of my time.
