What is Leftpaste.com?

The website Legleave.com which is also known as Legleave or Legleave com is an online store that is currently trending because of its ongoing amazon customer returns pallets flash sale 2023. Sadly, the offer is not genuine.  During my investigations, I discovered the website has a handful of drawbacks that shouldn’t be ignored.

Things You Should Know Before Shopping From Legleave.com

Shady Business Model

Just like actionsthat.comRuntmilk, Legleave.com is running ad on social media for Amazon pallet sale, however on the website itself there’s no mention about pallet or tools. What you see are dresses and shoes which are sold at normal fashion price. Why this might seem confusing to you, this is simply a trick performed by most untrustworthy online stores. They offer unrealistic discount on social media but on their website they sell something entirely different. This way they can cover their tracks easily.

No Business Address:

There is no business address provided on this website. This indicates that the people behind this store are hiding its true nature. This is worrisome as customers will be impeded if and when there is need for return of any item.

The Website Has Zero Customer Support

The website email address  [email protected] is not functional. Moreover, there is no phone number provided. All efforts to contact the customer agent has been futile.

Complaints

Customers who shopped from Legleave.com have left reviews (I wished I saw that earlier) stating they received a different cheaper item instead of the amazon box. See links to the complaints here

paid for an electronic pallet $36.99 as advertised I should’ve received 3-5 items. I received 1 item ‘wireless headphones- TWS i12’ and when I looked into how much they’re worth I was fuming!! You can buy the headphones from amazon/Argos etc for £5.67. The company is a scam and rip off. I did contact yhe company 4 times and still no response. I’ve learned the hard way. Please do not fall victim to this company.

Lacks Security Measures:

The website isn’t risk-free, it isn’t secured with McAfee or Norton. The website is vulnerable to hackers who can tamper with customer’s personal and financial details.

Is Legleave.com A Scam Amazon Pallet Store?

Yes, it is. The scammers behind this scam use social media like Facebook to gets tons of victims. First of all, they set up a website then they run an ad on it with the following words ‘Amazon Liquidation Pallets’ ‘Amazon Unclaimed Packages’ ‘Amazon Pallets Warehouse’ etc.

They make the claim with a sense of urgency, using words like ‘Closing warehouse’ ‘Last Chance to Order – 2023 Amazon Customer Returns Pallets’. Then they claim the pallets usually contain: electronics, toys, daily necessities, household appliances, household products, sports products, tools, gardening accessories, etc.

However, when customers make an order they receive cheap items instead. Items like inferior headphones, glasses, etc.

How & Where To Buy Amazon Customer Returns Pallets

Amazon liquidation boxes are often available for sale on ecommerce websites like Alibaba, Mercari, etc. However, instead of going through a middleman who purchases and processes the merchandise and then sells it to you at a profit you can buy directly from Amazon.

Amazon Liquidation Auctions is a top choice. Registered business buyers can buy liquidation pallets directly from the world’s largest eCommerce company. U.S.-based buyers can bid on LTLs (less than truckloads) of overstock home goods, apparel, books, consumer electronics, groceries, footwear, accessories, and more. Once registered and approved by Amazon, start bidding and buying bulk lots of overstock inventory.

Are You Safe If You Use PayPal To Make Purchase From Legleave.com

No, you’re not. Using PayPal does not guarantee a quick refund these days.

Some of these suspicious stores exploit a major issue with PayPal’s system. You purchase the item, a few days later they find a tracking number that has shipped to your area (completely unrelated to you or your item) and then they post this tracking number into your PayPal transaction. PayPal sees this as a complete transaction and almost impossible to dispute.

Scam

So using Paypal is no guarantee that you wouldn’t be scammed. You just need to be wise, and ready for anything.

How To Easily Spot a Scam Website

Check the Domain age – How old is the website? (You can do so by visiting who.is)

Physical Location – Does The website provide return address? If Yes (Copy the address and paste on your browser. Google map would show if it is a real warehouse address or a residential address)

Have you been scammed?- Do This

Shopping from this store exposes customers to the risk of hacked credit card and overcharged fees. Also, customers would either receive an inferior item, a different cheaper item, or nothing at all.

Therefore, it is advised to file complaints to your bank and request for a new credit (debit) card. On the other hand, if you used Paypal as a method of payment, you should document (screenshot) the transactions for future purposes.
