During our research we discovered some disturbing things about this website. They include the following-

Fake Address has provided its company address as ‘27410 N 45th Way, Cave Creek, AZ, 85331’ but in reality the address is that of a single home. Google map does not recognize LaZapis store within that environment. .

No Customer Support

The phone number on is just for fancy. The number does not go through. This is also the same with the email address, messages take a long time to be replied. Customer Complaints

Costumers who shopped from this store have left reviews online stating that the delivery was slow and the quality of the Tee shirts were not as advertised.

Also, they’ve been unable to contact the store, or get a meaningful feedback. All efforts to get their money back has not been successful.


This store offers it products for discount prices. In reality, this is how fraudulent stores work. The affordability of their products serves as bait to attract unsuspecting buyers.

No Reachability has no social media presence. Trustworthy stores use social media to advertise their wares and also connect to their customers. This makes it easier to listen to and resolve customers’ complaints through social media handles.

  1. Paid $99.95 for tshirts I ordered march 18th 2021. Haven’t heard anything from them. Called customer service and they said they didn’t recieve any order from me. Very ODD. They took money out of my account . Please explain !!!!

    2. The products were fine what I ordered. The problem I’m having is not able to reach anyone. They tell you if you want to have a call back enter 9, then they say, when your time comes up you will received a call. Never happen did this for a week. Then they say you can leave a message and they will respond. Never happen. I just wanted to order two of the shirts I purchase to order a larger size and they give you 14 days to make the changed. How can I make the change when I can’t get no one. The funny thing, I call on today, I was 3rd in line to speak to a representative. I called at 11:30am. 11:45am, the message stated I’m down to two then one took 11:50am; I was told I was next in line then I get this message saying you may need to try again if I reach pass the business hour. According to the message time of business is 8am-3pm. How can that be I was waiting for an hour and I was next, then I received the message and the phone cut off.

    1. My name is harriet and I’ve ordered 4 times from you with satisfaction. The tees are of good quality and I even got refunded for gift card. What I want to know is….do you make “brothers” tees? Thanks.

    2. I I have had the same problems as the person above me. No matter when you call it’s not the business hours. Press 9 or leave a message done both, no response. I would like to speak to a real person. I got the shirts with the states. The 2 new state is the wrong state. This was a gift for my sister who’s coming next month. The state on the shirt is Maine I think, not North Carolina. This is my 3rd or 4 th week trying to reach someone. So disappointing.

    3. I am going through the same thing A Graves went through. I placed an order which the USPS returned by mistake. I have called several times, send email, phone txt with no reply. This purchase is very important and needed for a girls trip this Wednesday 9/29. kindly reply.

    5. If you are truly the owners, you shouldn’t want your name tarnish for poor service. I too have ordered shirts and haven’t received them. I’ve called and held the line to no avail, requested a call back and left a voicemail to no avail. I simply want what I paid for “LZ-53640.

  6. My order #52935 was placed a few days ago. Got an email confirming the order then the email disappered, called this morning to talk to someone and was told I had to call during business hours between 8 and I think 4, it was 9:30 but it said it was not opened! Please be a real company and not a scam! When I ordered you it said I would receive it within 4-5 days. Is any of what is stated true?

  7. I ordered 2 shirts the end of September. Recieved email they were ordered and to look for email in 3 to 4 days with shipping info. Several unresponsive phone calls yielded me a text message saying sorry and that the order was expedited. That was Oct 4th. Today I received shipping email and a USPS tracking number. In my research the discovered the company is located in a city called Reykjavik located in Iceland. Just waiting for the item to show up in tracking. USPS says awaiting arrival of the package.

  8. Just wanted to give an update: I received my shirts on 11/9 and loved them. I ordered them on 10/15, received an email the same day confirming the order, then received the second and final email on 11/3 confirming the package is on the way. Thanks again #LZ-53640.

  9. I ordered 4 “sisters in the Spirit” T-shirts on Oct. 30th, and you have received your money, but I have not received my T-shirts. Two of the sisters were in Tennessee, and 2 were is Florida. They were to be delivered to my address, and I have not received them. I’ve called the number you listed for customer service twice yesterday and once today. I want my shirts! I want them to be all correct: names, states, colors, and sizes, and I want them NOW!!!!!…..or REFUND my money!!!!!!
