Kendally Bra Reviews: Don’t Fall for This Inferior Bra from Kendally.com!

Don’t fall for the 70% discount sale on Comfy corset bra on Kendally website. It’s not a quality product. Kendally.com lures customers with pictures of quality bra but delivers cheap knock off bra.

In this review, I share my experience buying and wearing Kendally Comfy Corset Bra, its pros, cons, and why the website is not a genuine online store to shop from.

My Experience Buying and Wearing Kendally Bra

I placed my order for two front cross side buckle lace bra on 20th June 2023 via Kendally.com. Surprisingly, after receiving confirmation email, I was sent a tracking info that showed the bras is coming from China. I wasn’t expecting it to come all the way from China.

Three weeks later, my bra arrived and I was totally disappointed. First of all, the quality of the bras is very terrible. The bra is nothing like what they advertise. Very poor workmanship with uneven seams. The round circles they use in the cups move around and it is so thin that your nipples show through your clothing. The lace corset part is not long enough to attach at the sides and is not wide enough to cover the lower part of your bust. The lace part just wads up under your breast.

When I tried contacting the store for returns/refunds, I was told they only accept returns if I ship it back to China, which is very expensive.

Reasons Why Kendally.com is a Scam You Should Avoid at all Costs

Located in China

Kendally.com is actually located in China. This is why the store’s physical address is not on the website. However, they lie to buyers that the bra is coming from United States.

Shipping & Delivery Takes Weeks

Kendally.com ships the order immediately, however due to the distance, the delivery takes two to three weeks. In my experience, my package finally arrived after 19 days.

Quite Expensive

This exact front criss cross bra is available for sale on Amazon for $6 but it is been sold for $16 on Kendally.com. The company uses a discount sales tactics to make buyers think they’re paying less when the product is actually very expensive.

Ridiculous Discount & Sales Offer

The discount just a sales strategy. The store uses a fictitious original price that’s much higher than the actual sale price, to create the illusion of a big discount.

Shady Refund Policy

The store claims to offer a 30 days refund policy, but there’s a caveat. Customers have to pay for return shipping costs which is quite exorbitant.

How Does Kendally.com Scam Work?

The scam online store lures buyers with discount on its bra but delivers a cheaply made bra that looks different from what was advertised.

So, yes Kendally.com is a scam website. This store doesn’t deliver quality products or grant refunds. Customers are also at risk of of hacked credit cards, data theft, and phishing scams when they shop from this store . You’re not even safe if you used PayPal to make purchase as this store exploits a major issue in PayPal’s system.

Conclusion:

Kendally bra which is sold at kendally.com is a terrible bra made of inferior material. Just like the Wmbra bra, it’s not worth buying.

  1. These sites for super big discounts like Belk, kohl’s, Dillards, Coldwater Creek and many others are these sites scam sites ????

    1. I bought 1 bra took weeks to get here. Absolutely no support. No stretch, no spandex everything hangs out the sides. Straps are too big
      Very poorly made. Never again.

  2. I got my hands on the Kendally bra yesterday, and guess wh? The delivery was surprisingly fast. The quality is on point, and there’s no way they’re running any kind of scam. This review is totally off-base. Seriously, folks, don’t buy into it

    1. Completely nonexistent support. Boobs pop out the sides and you can have the ones I ordered since they are GOOD FOR NOTHING! you must be insane to think they are of any quality

    2. I got one today, the material is very flimsy the cups were too small and the band and straps were too big, even though i used their size chart.Cheaply made trash

    3. It is a scam. I never received my order. Emailed “Kathy “ numerous times and said it was shipped then was told after I said I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute claim that they are waiting for the carrier. She said I can get the refund AFTER I close the dispute claim. Still waiting

    4. How much did you get paid to write this glowing review?
Here’s the real experience: Kendally. com immediately processed my payment and sent a transaction receipt. However, I didn’t receive my order or further communications. After 2 weeks, I emailed the company to find my missing package. A reply claimed that I couldn’t get a refund BECAUSE MY ORDER JUST SHIPPED FROM CHINA and now included a tracking number- which was the first disclosure that I had ordered from a foreign company.

Weeks later, my order arrived. It took one try on to realize that the 3 bras I received didn’t fit, were of unreasonably low quality (exactly as described in the other reviews)

Kendally.com’s customer service and return policy exist in name-only. Their customer service requested that I send them photos of their products’ flaws to prove I had a valid reason to return my order for refund. Since the issues revolve around poor fit and low quality, such photos would be an invasion of privacy.

If Kendally.com does issue a return ticket, the company’s NEW return policy states that I must send the package to Great Britain. Additionally, some of the emails I received about my attempt to get a refund came from a shoe sales company email address, not Kendally, which reinforces my belief that this “company” is a complete fraud.

Don’t rely on PayPal for customer protection, either, because they seem to have abandoned the customer service guarantees for online products that originally motivated me to use their service. Just yesterday, PayPal requested that I send photos to prove that I have a reasonable complaint!

      1. Same thing here, except I am in the midst of appealing a 15% reduced offer from Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, a stranger who is not using the company name in the correspondence. They took my money on 09/08/23 and I heard nothing, I contacted them and PayPal on 09/27/23 and it seems that same day they sent a tracking number and the “product” moved from shipping to another place in China. And no, I did not know I was buying that bra from China. Doing a google search of Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga, it seems that she is a major player in PayPal in Vietnam. Hmmmm buyer beware. I’m going to paste this all over the web.

    5. I used their size tables to order 3 bras. Straps didn’t stay up and the cups are so small I hang put the side. Very disappointing. I ordered because they said their products are mailed from the USA. Not true. Products from China. Mine took 2months

  3. I definitely learned a lesson in what to look for when the return policy is ONLY FOR DAMAGED OR OTHER MANUFATURING MISTAKES! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS HOWEVER, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE CONSUMER, IF IT DOESN’T FIT PROPERLY. WELL. YOUR OUT OF LUCK. or should I say, I’m out of luck. BEWARNED THAT THIS THEIR RETURN POLICY. YOU WON’T HAVE ME AS A RETURN CUSTOMER

  4. I just found your review page today. WOW!

Great job on your research, fact finding, and verification of information.

I especially appreciate your unbiased and factual report of your personal experience with the product. This information alone stopped me from purchasing the bra.

Nothing irrates me more than having to pay return shipping to overseas manufacturers. As you mentioned, it’s very expensive. So expensive, it costs more to return than you paid for the original product.

The additional information of where and how to get the same bra from a trusted source at a much better price was unexpected but very welcomeed surprise to see in a review. Going to Amazon to buy a $6.00 bra.

    Sincerely Thankful,

    AJ Edwards

  5. I so far have been taken by this company and/or the name of merchant Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga.
Placed and paid for an order on August 15 and never got tracking or anything other than my payment receipt through PayPal.
I submitted complaint on 27th and STILL have not gotten anything.
Appears this Nguyen Thi Thanh Nga is a fraud and took my money via ordering through Kendally.

  6. I have learned the hard way to look up these companies on the web because, as a lot of women are (I’m sure), I’ve been taken for way too much money over the years. Thank you for submitting what I feel is a truly honest and “yea or nay” opinion on this bra. As everyone knows, opinions are like (well, you know ); everybody has one. So, for someone to say your review is wrong….Again, thank you for your honesty! It helped me a lot. I still MIGHT try one, but now know to go through another distributor, like Amazon.

  7. These are made of nothing and if your buying for a lift you are not going to get that. Boobs pop out the side. Sizing is so far off. They are shear with a padding that goes everywhere. Crap. Donate money instead of giving it to them. Go to your local store and buy you a real bra. The 2 I bought are free to whoever believes their bs. I have bought a bunch or crappy stuff but never something so bad as this. And there’s no returning it.

  8. So…I got snookered and I’m $30. poorer for it…an impulse buy I usually don’t fall for the ads on Facebook…the last time I did wasn’t good either. The company that I bought from was called Nguyen Thi Thang Nga, and now the company that I’m corresponding with is called Kendally.

The bras may work for small-breasted women but absolutely not for larger breasts. I tried two different sizes and neither gave any support whatsoever. The idea of hooking on the sides appealed to me but in reality, I can’t get my fingers to reach it- and two places instead of one to hook.

It’s a case of Buyer Beware. These companies operating out of China are able to offer products cheaply because they simply don’t stand by them and won’t accept returns and if they do they need to be shipped back to China which is usually costlier than the product itself.

Other than losing money it bothers me that I supported a company that is basically undermining commerce here in the U.S. Never mind the waste of materials and resources. All in all, it’s feeding a bad cycle and I wish that I’d slowed down and thought to read reviews of the company- and read their return policy.

  10. It appears that I, too, have been scammed. I ordered two of these bras without knowing they were going to come from China. After being scammed on some T-shirts from China, I had vowed never again! Well, here I am again. These bras are way too small and even if they had more circumference and material to the cups, there is not enough support for my girls! I am in the process of trying to get my money back but I have little hope that that will happen. 🙁

Wish that I had known about this review site BEWFORE I placed mu order!

  11. I wish I had seen you review before I ordered the Kendally bra. It is a joke. Poor quality. I agree the pictures look like a quality product but what is delivered is pure junk. Doesn’t, sizing is off, no support, cup padding is like tissue paper and all bunched up. It doesn’t even look good. I would never have ordered if I had known it would be shipped from China. I will be calling my credit card company and filing a dispute.

  12. Well, I ran into their ad on instagram stories and thought I was good until it was processed and saw that the billing name wasn’t Kendall’s, but a Vietnamese name that’s associated with PayPal fraud. My order was processed and is on their website and I got an email from them. I also saw amazon selling the exact same brand name, but on other sellers. It seems amazon has given over to the cheap stuff from China too as I’ve seen stuff from temu on there as well. I guess our government is done looking out for the American consumer and only cares about its relationship with foreign governments now. ‍♀️ here’s hoping to a good outcome as stuff I’ve ordered from temu has been okay. I just don’t like how long it takes to arrive due to coming from China. Temu also uses Boston as their origin as Kendally uses Colorado as theirs.
